Description

Claims (18)
- 電子IDカードであって、
第1の面及び第2の面を有し、前記第1の面に延在する第1の凹部を画定する金属基板と、
前記金属基板の前記第2の面に沿って配設された強磁性膜と、
前記第1の凹部内に少なくとも部分的に配設された集積回路と、
前記金属基板上に配設された第1のコーティング層であって、
前記金属基板の前記第1の面に延在し、ポリマーと前記ポリマー内に分散された顔料とを含む不透明な第1の層と、
前記不透明な第1の層に延在し、透明ポリマーを含む第2の層であって、
前記第1の層より高い硬度を有し、
前記電子IDカードの外面を画定し、
0.3μmから1.0μmRaの範囲の表面粗さを有する、前記第2の層と、
を含む第1のコーティング層と、
前記第1のコーティング層を通って前記金属基板内に延在する第2の凹部によって少なくとも部分的に画定されるレーザ形成レリーフ特徴部であって、
前記不透明な第1の層が前記第2の凹部の壁の第1の部分を画定し、
前記第2の層が前記第2の凹部の前記壁の第2の部分を画定し、
前記金属基板が前記第2の凹部の前記壁の第3の部分を画定する、レーザ形成レリーフ特徴部と、
を備える、電子IDカード。 - 前記不透明な第1の層が前記金属基板の前記第1の面に接着されたウレタンプライマを含み、
前記不透明な第1の層の前記ポリマーが、前記ウレタンプライマにより前記金属基板に接着されたウレタンを含み、
前記第2の層が、前記電子IDカードの外面の一部を画定する透明なアクリレートを含む、請求項1に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記電子IDカードが、前記集積回路に配置された接触プレートを更に備え、
前記透明なアクリレートによって画定される前記外面の前記一部が第1の部分であり、
前記接触プレートが、前記電子IDカードの前記外面の第2の部分を画定する端子電極アレイを画定する、請求項2に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記端子電極アレイの各端子電極が、前記接触プレートの縁部から変位されている、請求項3に記載の電子IDカード。
- 前記接触プレートが、前記端子電極アレイを囲む導電層を更に含む、請求項3に記載の電子IDカード。
- 前記接触プレートが、誘電材料から形成されたプレート基板を含み、
各端子電極が、
無電解めっき金属から形成され、前記接触プレートの前記誘電材料上に延在する第1の層と、
電気めっき金属から形成され、前記第1の層上に延在する第2の層と、
を含む、請求項3に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記電子IDカードが、前記第1の面を囲む第1のセットの面取り縁部を画定し、
前記電子IDカードが、前記第2の面を囲む第2のセットの面取り縁部を画定する、請求項1に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記強磁性膜が裏張り層に取り付けられ、
第1の面取り縁部が、少なくとも部分的に、前記強磁性膜及び前記裏張り層内に形成された傾斜縁部によって画定され、
前記第1の面取り縁部が、前記強磁性膜と前記裏張り層の前記傾斜縁部と一致する、請求項7に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記レーザ形成レリーフ特徴部が、
前記第2の凹部の底部を画定する凹状マーキング特徴部によって更に画定される、
請求項1に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記電子IDカードが4つの角を持つ矩形であり、各角が丸みを帯びた形状を有し、
前記丸みを帯びた形状が、不均一な曲率半径を持つスプライン形状である、
請求項1に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記金属基板上に配設された第2のコーティング層であって、
前記金属基板の前記第2の面に延在し、前記ポリマーと前記ポリマー内に分散された前記顔料とを含む不透明な第3の層と、
前記不透明な第3の層に延在する第4の層と、
を含む第2のコーティング層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記第2のコーティング層の少なくとも一部が前記強磁性膜に延在する、請求項11に記載の電子IDカード。
- 電子IDカードであって、
金属層を含む基板であって、
前記基板の第1の面に形成された段付き領域と、
前記基板の第2の面に形成された第1の凹部と、を画定し、前記第2の面は前記第1の面の反対にある
基板と、
前記段付き領域内に少なくとも部分的に配設された強磁性膜と、
前記第1の凹部内に少なくとも部分的に配設された集積回路と、
前記基板上に配設されたコーティング層であって、
前記基板の前記第1の面又は前記基板の前記第2の面の少なくとも1つに延在し、ポリマーと前記ポリマー内に分散された顔料とを含む不透明な第1の層と、
前記不透明な第1の層に延在し、透明ポリマーを含む第2の層であって、
前記第1の層より高い硬度を有し、
前記電子IDカードの外面を画定し、
0.3μmから1.0μmRaの範囲の表面粗さを有する、前記第2の層と、
を含むコーティング層と、
前記コーティング層を通って前記基板内に延在する第2の凹部によって少なくとも部分的に画定されるレーザ形成レリーフ特徴部であって、
前記不透明な第1の層が前記第2の凹部の壁の第1の部分を画定し、
前記第2の層が前記第2の凹部の前記壁の第2の部分を画定し、
前記基板が前記第2の凹部の前記壁の第3の部分を画定する、レーザ形成レリーフ特徴部と、
を備える、電子IDカード。 - 前記コーティング層が第1のコーティング層であり、
前記第1のコーティング層が前記基板の前記第1の面に延在し、
前記電子IDカードが第2のコーティング層をさらに含み、前記第2のコーティング層が
前記基板の前記第2の面に延在し、前記ポリマーと前記ポリマー内に分散された前記顔料とを含む不透明な第3の層と、
前記不透明な第3の層に延在し、前記透明ポリマーを含む第4の層と、
を含む、請求項13に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記第2のコーティング層の少なくとも一部が前記強磁性膜に延在する、請求項14に記載の電子IDカード。
- 前記段付き領域が前記基板の外側基板縁部に延在する、請求項13に記載の電子IDカード。
- 前記基板がポリマーシートに結合したチタンシートから形成され、
前記チタンシートと前記ポリマーシートを合わせた厚さは1mm未満である、請求項13に記載の電子IDカード。 - 前記段付き領域が前記基板の前記第1の面内に形成されたレーザ研磨領域であり、
前記第1の凹部が前記基板の前記第2の面内に形成されたレーザ研磨領域である、請求項13に記載の電子IDカード。
