本实用新型涉及金融设备,尤其涉及金融设备中设置的金属键盘。
背景技术
金属键盘上的按键字符一般采用传统的蚀刻及填油工艺制作而成。此类按键在户外各钟恶劣的工作环境下以及各类不可控人为非法、暴力操作下极其容易出现按键字符油漆脱落,影响美观,更严重地乃至影响字符识别或识别。为了解决这个问题,中国专利CN201478163U公开了一种按键及具有该按键的键盘,该按键包括金属本体和蚀刻于该金属本体正面的字符凹痕,还包括设置在该字符凹痕的底部的、着色的电镀层。中国专利CN201490061U公开了一种按键及具有该按键的键盘,该按键包括金属本体和蚀刻于该金属本体正面的字符凹痕,还包括设置于该字符凹痕的底部的、着色的环氧树脂层。这两种解决方案均在金属本体上形成字符凹痕,然后进行着色处理,工艺相对复杂,且着色后无法更加。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术的不足,而提出一种工艺相对简单且字符颜色较易更换的按键。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术手段包括,提出一种按键,该按键包括金属本体和设置在该金属本体正面的字符,该字符是由透孔点阵构成的。
该透孔是用激光打孔工艺形成的。
该透孔的直径为0.01mm。
该按键还包括设置在该字符下面的背光源。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术手段还包括,提出一种金属键盘,包括多个上述的按键。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的按键及金属键盘,通过采用激光打孔形成透孔点阵的方式成型字符,工艺相对简单且字符颜色较易更换。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本实用新型的原理和结构,现结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行详细说明。
图1是本实用新型的按键实施例的结构框图。该按键包括金属本体1和设置在该金属本体1正面的字符2,该字符2是由透孔3点阵构成的。
该透孔3是用激光打孔工艺形成的。该透孔3的直径大约为0.01mm。该按键3还可包括设置在该字符2下面的背光源(图未示出)。
在金属键盘中采用上述的按键,即可构成本实用新型的金属键盘实施例。
本实用新型的按键及金属键盘,利用激光体诱导激光照射在不锈钢按键上,打孔产生透孔点阵以构建字符,因点阵较密,一般用肉眼目测无法发现透孔,因而在没有背光源的只呈现淡黑色的字体,而在该按键下加装各色背光源的情况下,可以使字体轮廓完全显现出背光源的颜色,且经久使用不变色不脱落,并且可根据不同的需求对不同按键内安装不同颜色的背光源,从而满足各类客户的个性化需求。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的按键及金属键盘带来的有益效果包括:
不存在油漆脱落问题,按键寿命至少可以延长数倍,其理论寿命为该不锈钢按键磨穿为止;背光源颜色可调、可混色,可解决油漆的不一致性及色差问题,从而可提升该按键的操作时间且确保该按键的美观及可识别性。
以上仅为本实用新型的较佳可行实施例,并非限制本实用新型的保护范围,故凡运用本实用新型说明书及附图内容所做出的等效结构变化,均包含在本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种按键,该按键包括金属本体和设置在该金属本体正面的字符,其特征在于,该字符是由透孔点阵构成的。
2.依据权利要求1所述的按键,其特征在于,该透孔是用激光打孔工艺形成的。
3.依据权利要求2所述的按键,其特征在于,该透孔的直径为0.01mm。
4.依据权利要求2所述的按键,其特征在于,该按键还包括设置在该字符下面的背光源。
5.一种金属键盘,包括多个按键,该按键包括金属本体和设置在该金属本体正面的字符,其特征在于,该字符是由透孔点阵构成的。
