Description
本発明は、2017年11月1付で出願された韓国特許出願第10-2017-0144958号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。

本発明で共重合体のムーニー粘度(ML(1+4)、100℃)は、ASTM D1646に基づいて測定してよい。
本発明の一実施形態によるグラフト共重合体の製造方法は、1)ジエン系単量体由来単位及びアルケン系単量体由来単位を含む共重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及び反応溶媒を含む反応溶液を準備する段階と、2)前記反応溶液を投入して100から110℃で1次重合する段階を含むグラフト共重合体の製造方法において、前記共重合体は、前記ジエン系単量体由来単位を5から10重量%で含み、前記グラフト共重合体は、ゴム平均粒径が2から5μmである。
先ず、ジエン系単量体由来単位及びアルケン系単量体由来単位を含む共重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及び反応溶媒を含む反応溶液を準備する。
次いで、前記反応溶液を投入して100から110℃で1次重合する。
次いで、前記1次重合された反応溶液を130から150℃で2次重合する段階をさらに行ってよい。
次いで、未反応単量体と反応溶媒を回収する段階をさらに行ってよい。
本発明の一実施形態によるグラフト共重合体の製造方法によって製造されたグラフト共重合体は、ASTM 1003に基づいた光沢度が22%以下である。
以下、本発明が属する技術分野において、通常の知識を有する者が容易に実施できるように、本発明の実施例に対して詳しく説明する。しかし、本発明は、色々と異なる形態に具現されてよく、ここで説明する実施例に限定されない。
反応溶媒のエチルベンゼン25重量部に、スチレン53.6重量部、アクリロニトリル13.4重量部及び下記表1に記載のエチレン-プロピレン-ジエンターポリマー8重量部を完全に溶解し、開始剤としてt-ブチルペルオキシ-2-エチルヘキサノエートと、分子量調節剤としてt-ドデシルメルカプタンを下記表1に記載の含量で添加し反応溶液を準備した。
実施例及び比較例のグラフト共重合体の物性を下記のような方法で評価し、その結果を表3に示した。

(4)衝撃強度(kg・cm/cm):グラフト共重合体を射出した後、1/4InにしてASTM D256-10に基づいて測定した。

- ジエン系単量体由来単位及びアルケン系単量体由来単位を含む共重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及び反応溶媒を含む反応溶液を投入して100から110℃で1次重合する段階とを含むグラフト共重合体の製造方法であって、
前記共重合体は、前記ジエン系単量体由来単位を5から10重量%で含み、
前記グラフト共重合体は、ゴム平均粒径が2から5μmであり、
前記共重合体は、ムーニー粘度(ML(1+4)、100℃)が50から80である
グラフト共重合体の製造方法。 - 前記グラフト共重合体のゴム平均粒径が2.5から4.5μmである、請求項1に記載のグラフト共重合体の製造方法。
