Description
本出願は、2018年1月5日付韓国特許出願第10−2018−0001716号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
X1およびX2はそれぞれ独立して、エステル結合、アミド結合、ウレタン結合、ウレア結合またはカーボネート結合であり、
Lは、置換もしくは非置換のC1−10アルキレン;置換もしくは非置換のC6−60アリーレン;または置換もしくは非置換のO、N、SiおよびSからなる群より選択されるヘテロ原子を1つ以上含むC2−60ヘテロアリーレンであり、
nおよびmはそれぞれ独立して、1〜10000の整数である。
500mLの丸底フラスコにポリ乳酸11g(モル数:0.055mmol、MW:200,000g/mol)、ポリ3−ヒドロキシプロピオン酸2.75g(モル数:0.028mmol、MW:100,000g/mol)およびトルエン50mlを入れ、180℃で1時間攪拌した。その後、1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(1,6−hexamethylene diisocyanate;HDI、モル数:0.110mmol、MW:168.2g/mol)を入れ、180℃で30分間反応させた。その後、反応物をクロロホルムに溶解させた後、メタノールで抽出して下記化学式5のブロック共重合体を回収した。
500mLの丸底フラスコにポリ乳酸11g(モル数:0.055mmol、MW:200,000g/mol)およびトルエン50mlを入れ、180℃で1時間攪拌した。その後、丸底フラスコに1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(1,6−hexamethylene diisocyanate;HDI、モル数:0.110mmol、MW:168.2g/mol)を入れ、175℃および窒素雰囲気で40分間反応させた。その後、反応物をクロロホルムに溶解させた後、メタノールで抽出して下記化学式6の共重合体を回収した。
1)NMR(核磁気共鳴:Nuclear Magnetic Resonance)分析
NMR分析は、三重共鳴5mmプローブ(probe)を有するVarian Unity Inova(500MHz)分光計を含むNMR分光計を使用して常温で行った。NMR測定用溶媒(CDCl3)に分析対象物質としてHDIおよび実施例1のブロック共重合体それぞれを約10mg/ml程度の濃度に希釈させて使用し、化学シフトはppmで表現した。
DSC分析は、PerkinElmer DSC800装備を使用して行った。前記装備を使用して分析対象試料としてPLA、P3HP、および実施例1のブロック共重合体それぞれを窒素雰囲気下で25℃から250℃まで分当り10℃の速度で昇温し、再び250℃で−50℃まで分当り−10℃の速度で冷却させ、再び−50℃から250℃まで分当り10℃の速度で昇温させて吸熱カーブを得る方式で行った。
Claims (7)
- 前記化学式7または2中、Lは直鎖C 6 アルキレンである、請求項2または3に記載のブロック共重合体。
- 前記化学式2中、nおよびmの比は1:1〜1:10である、請求項3に記載のブロック共重合体。
- 前記ブロック共重合体は、重量平均分子量が1,000g/mol以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のブロック共重合体。
- 前記ブロック共重合体は、DSC(示差走査熱量測定:Differential Scanning Calorimeter)パターンで、60〜80℃の融点(Tm)での第1ピークおよび125〜150℃の融点(Tm)での第2ピークを示す、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のブロック共重合体。
