Description
本明細書および図面における符号の繰返し使用は、本発明の同じ又は類似の特徴または要素を意図するものである。
PETペレットを単軸押出器に導入し、加熱圧縮して溶融状態にした。スロットダイを介してこの溶融体を押出し、20℃のキャストロール上に製膜し、固化して非晶プレフィルムを作成した。このプレフィルムを長手方向に95℃で3.6:1の延伸比で延伸した。次いでこの延伸フィルムはコロナ処理機(Enercon Industries社製)を通過した。コロナ処理は1.5W/ft2分で行った。
実施例1に記載の方法によってフィルムサンプルを調製した。フィルムサンプルは、塗布PETフィルムの塗布層とは反対側にLDPE系シール層を有する3.5ミル厚の共押出包装用フィルムを直接シールした。重ね合わせたシートは2秒間、熱積層された。熱積層後、それぞれの積層体を冷却し、剥離テスト用に幅1インチ、長さ6インチの積層体片にカットした。積層体を加圧室に配置し、レトルトと同様の121℃で相対湿度100%の熱処理サイクルを180分行った。サンプルを取りだし、乾燥したのち、MTSテストリグ上で180°剥離テストを行うことにより評価した。レトルト処理テストしたサンプルから4積層体について評価した。シール時間2秒および4秒で同じ条件によって作成され且つレトルト処理していないサンプルについて平均剥離力値と共に、平均剥離力値を以下の表に示す。
18%の硫酸バリウムを充填したPETペレットを単軸押出器に導入し、加熱圧縮して溶融状態にした。スロットダイを介してこの溶融体を押出し、20℃のキャストロール上に製膜し、固化して非晶プレフィルムを作成した。このプレフィルムを長手方向に95℃で3.6:1の延伸比で延伸した。次いでこの延伸フィルムはコロナ処理機(Enercon Industries社製)を通過した。コロナ処理は1.5W/ft2分で行った。
PETペレットを二酸化チタンPETマスターバッチに混合し、一軸押出機に導入し、加熱圧縮して溶融状態にした。溶融体は13%のTiO2を含有し、スロットダイを通じて押出し、20℃に保持した製膜ロール上で製膜し、固化して非晶フィルム前駆体を得た。フィルム前駆体は、95℃で3.6:1の比で長手方向に延伸した。延伸フィルムはコロナ処理機(Enercon Industries)を通過させ、1.5W/ft2・分の出力でコロナ処理を行った。
Claims (29)
- 第1表面と第2表面を有する二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムと、当該二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムの第1表面上の塗布層とから成る塗布フィルムであって、当該塗布層は接着剤および架橋剤から成り、当該接着剤は酸または酸無水物で変性されたポリプロピレンホモポリマー又はコポリマーから成り、当該ポリプロピレンホモポリマー又はコポリマーを変性するために使用される酸または酸無水物が、1〜28の炭素原子数を有する炭素鎖から成り、二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムが、フィルムに白色を付与するのに十分な白色顔料粒子を含有することを特徴とする塗布フィルム。

- 架橋剤がオキサゾリン変性アクリルポリマーから成る請求項1〜19の何れかに記載の塗布フィルム。
- 第1表面と第2表面とを有するポリエステルフィルムと、ポリエステルフィルムの第1表面上の塗布層と、当該塗布層を介してポリエステルフィルムに接着されるポリマー物品とから成る積層体であって、当該塗布層は接着剤と架橋剤とからなり、当該接着剤はカルボン酸変性ポリプロピレンホモポリマー又はコポリマーから成り、当該変性に使用されるカルボン酸が無水カルボン酸から成りかつ1〜10の炭素原子数を有する炭素鎖を有し、当該架橋剤が、オキサゾリン、カルボジイミド、エポキシ、イソシアネート又はメラミンから成り、当該塗布層はポリエステルフィルムをポリマー物品に接着し、当該ポリマー物品はポリプロピレンポリマーから成る成形品であり、ポリエステルフィルムとポリマー物品との間の剥離力が2.9lbf/インチを超えるようにポリエステルフィルムとポリマー物品とが接着されていることを特徴とする積層体。
- 成形品がポリプロピレンホモポリマーから成る請求項21に記載の積層体。
- 成形品が繊維強化ポリプロピレンから形成されている請求項21又は22に記載の積層体。
- 塗布層に含有される接着剤がマレイン酸変性ポリプロピレンコポリマーから成り、塗布層に含有される架橋剤がオキサゾリンポリマーから成る請求項21〜23の何れかに記載の積層体。
- 成形品がエチレン−プロピレンコポリマーから成る請求項21に記載の積層体。
- ポリエステルフィルムが第2表面に第2塗布層を有し、第2塗布層が架橋剤から成る請求項21に記載の積層体。
- 更に、ポリエステルフィルムの第2表面にポリウレタン組成物が接着されている請求項26に記載の積層体。
- 更に、積層体が、ポリウレタン組成物に接着されている造形品を有する請求項27に記載の積層体。
- 造形品が、金属製、セラミック製、紙製または木製の物品から成る請求項28に記載の積層体。
