Description
前記透明樹脂層の裏面の少なくとも前記段部及び前記傾斜部に第1層を配設する第1層配設工程と、
前記第1層における前記段部を被覆している段部被覆部分を残して、前記第1層における前記段部被覆部分以外の余剰部分をレーザ照射により剥離する剥離工程と、
前記透明樹脂層の前記裏面のうち少なくとも前記第1層で被覆されていない部分を被覆する第2層配設工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。
前記一般部の法線に対する前記傾斜部の傾斜角度は25〜40°であり、
前記傾斜部の幅は0.38mmを超えて大きく且つ1mm以下であって、
前記加飾層は、前記透明樹脂層の裏面の前記段部を被覆する第1層と、前記透明樹脂層の前記裏面のうち少なくとも前記第1層で被覆されていない部分を被覆する第2層とを有することを特徴とする。
第1の実施形態に係る加飾体及びその製造方法について図面を用いて説明する。
本実施形態の加飾体1は、図11、図12に示すように、透明樹脂層2の裏面2bの外周部21に模様層36が塗装されている点が、第1の実施形態と相違する。
本実施形態の加飾体1は、図17に示すように、加飾層3の第1層310が黒色塗装層であり、第2層320がインジウム層である点が、第1の実施形態と相違する。
透明樹脂層2の裏面2bの少なくとも段部25,250及び傾斜部26,260に第1層31,310を配設する第1層配設工程と、
第1層31,310における段部25,250を被覆している段部被覆部分Aを残して、第1層31,310における段部被覆部分A以外の余剰部分Bをレーザ照射により剥離する剥離工程と、
透明樹脂層2の裏面2bのうち少なくとも第1層31,310で被覆されていない部分を被覆する第2層配設工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。
段部25,250と一般部23,230との間には、傾斜部26,260が設けられ、
一般部23,230の法線Dに対する傾斜部26,260の傾斜角度αは25〜40°であり、
傾斜部26,260の幅Wは0.38mmを超えて大きく且つ1mm以下であって、
加飾層3は、透明樹脂層2の裏面2bの段部25,250を被覆する第1層31,310と、透明樹脂層2の裏面2bのうち少なくとも第1層31,310で被覆されていない部分を被覆する第2層32,320とを有することを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 裏面に一般部、前記一般部に対して凹設又は凸設された段部、及び前記段部と前記一般部との間に設けられた傾斜部を有する透明樹脂層であって、前記一般部の法線に対する前記傾斜部の傾斜角度は25°以上40°以下であり、前記傾斜部の幅は0.38mmを超えて大きく且つ1mm以下である前記透明樹脂層を準備する準備工程と、
前記透明樹脂層の裏面の少なくとも前記段部及び前記傾斜部に第1層を配設する第1層配設工程と、
前記第1層における前記段部を被覆している段部被覆部分を残して、前記第1層における前記段部被覆部分以外の余剰部分をレーザ照射により剥離する剥離工程と、
前記透明樹脂層の前記裏面のうち少なくとも前記第1層で被覆されていない部分に第2層を配設する第2層配設工程と、
を有することを特徴とする加飾体の製造方法。 - 前記第1層はインジウムからなり、
前記剥離工程において、前記第1層に照射されるレーザの単位面積当たりの照射エネルギーは0.3mJ以上0.6mJ以下である請求項1に記載の加飾体の製造方法。 - 前記第1層配設工程の後に、前記透明樹脂層の裏面に、前記第1層を形成した部分を含めて、塗料からなる塗料層を形成する塗装工程を有する請求項1に記載の加飾体の製造方法。
- 前記第1層はインジウムからなり、
前記剥離工程において、前記第1層及び前記塗料層の重なり部分に照射されるレーザの前記単位面積当たりの照射エネルギーは2.5mJ以上3.8mJ以下である請求項3に記載の加飾体の製造方法。 - 前記剥離工程において、レーザの照射領域と非照射領域の境界は、前記傾斜部の幅方向の中央に設定する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の加飾体の製造方法。
