Description
本発明は、尿等の生体サンプル内の微生物、例えばバクテリアの同定及び定量を行うためのシステムに関する。より具体的には、本発明は、テスト前及びテスト中にサンプルの所定の最適温度を維持するための冷却、加熱、及び送風装置と、カルーセル内でサンプルを位置合わせするための視覚的、円周方向及び軸方向アラインメントシステムと、カルーセルから遠心分離機へサンプルを移送するための移送システムと、遠心分離機の回転振動を最小にするための平衡システムと、サンプル収納システムのための安全システム及び転倒防止設計と、緩衝生理食塩溶液を分注するための液体分注アームと、システムの外部へサンプルから除去した液体を排出して廃棄するための排出ポートと、を含むシステムに関する。
Claims (5)
- マガジン内に保持されたサンプルの汚染を防止するためのシステムであって、
前記システムは、複数の使い捨てカートリッジを支持し、前記使い捨てカートリッジの各々が被分析サンプルを含む容器を支持するように構成された当該マガジンと、
前記マガジンの上部を密閉するように前記マガジンと協働するように構成されたカバーと、
前記カバーを適切な位置に保持するための少なくとも1つのロック部材と、を備え、
前記ロック部材は前記カバーを貫通するロックキーを有し、前記ロックキーは前記マガジンに配置されたキーホールと協働するように構成されているシステム。 - 前記カバーに対して取り外し可能に取付けられたハンドルを含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- カルーセルと、
前記マガジンを支持するように構成されたカルーセルベースと、を備え、
前記キーホールは、前記マガジンを貫通して前記カルーセルに突入するように延在し、
前記ロックキーは前記カルーセル内で前記キーホールと協働し、前記マガジンを前記カバーと前記カルーセルベースとの間にロックする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記キーホールは、前記マガジンの中心部および前記カルーセルの中心部を貫通する請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロックキーは、手動の引き上げる力を加えることによって引き抜かれるように構成され、それによって前記カバーを前記マガジンから取り外すことができる請求項1に記載のシステム。
