Claims (6)
- レール体に対して直動する直動体が設けられ、前記レール体と前記直動体との間には転動体が移動する負荷路が設けられ、この負荷路はリターン路を介して前記直動体に設けられた無負荷路と連通せしめられ、この負荷路とリターン路と無負荷路とで構成された転動体無限循環路が少なくとも左右一対形成された直動装置であって、前記転動体は長さが直径の3倍以上の円柱体であり、前記転動体は、隣接する転動体同士の間に夫々設けられるスペーサ部と該スペーサ部の両端部を夫々連結する帯状の連結体とで構成された転動体保持具により自転可能に保持された状態で前記転動体無限循環路を循環するように構成され、前記無負荷路は、前記直動体に穿設された直線孔に無負荷路構成部材を配設することにより形成されており、この無負荷路構成部材の側方は開放されて前記転動体保持具の前記連結体が配設される所定長さを有する隙間に設定されており、この隙間から前記転動体保持具の前記連結体が露出するように構成され、前記直線孔に前記無負荷路構成部材を配設した状態において、前記連結体が前記直線孔の壁面と対向近接状態に設けられていることを特徴とする直動装置。
- 請求項1記載の直動装置において、前記隙間は前記無負荷路構成部材の長手方向に延設されていることを特徴とする直動装置。
- 請求項1,2いずれか1項に記載の直動装置において、前記無負荷路構成部材は、第一半体及び第二半体を組み合わせて構成されており、前記第一半体及び前記第二半体の両端部には両者を連結する連結部が設けられ、前記第一半体及び前記第二半体は、前記直線孔内に配設される部位においては互いに当接せず離間し前記無負荷路及び前記隙間が構成されていることを特徴とする直動装置。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の直動装置において、前記直動体と前記レール体との間には、前記転動体保持具をガイドするガイド部材が設けられ、このガイド部材の両端部には、前記リターン路を構成するリターン路構成部材が夫々設けられていることを特徴とする直動装置。
- 請求項4記載の直動装置において、左右一対の前記転動体無限循環路が上下一組設けられており、上下の前記転動体無限循環路は夫々交差するように配置され、上下の前記転動体無限循環路に夫々配置される前記ガイド部材同士は該ガイド部材を補強する補強部材を介して連結されていることを特徴とする直動装置。
- 請求項4,5いずれか1項に記載の直動装置において、前記ガイド部材の両端の前記リターン路構成部材と前記無負荷路構成部材とは、前記リターン路と前記無負荷路とが連通した状態で連結されていることを特徴とする直動装置。
