Description
Claims (4)
- 転動体転走面が形成される軌道部材と、
前記転動体転走面に対向する負荷転動体転走面が形成されるとともに、前記負荷転動体転走面と略平行に伸びる転動体戻し通路を有する移動部材と、
前記移動部材の移動方向の前後両端に設けられ、前記負荷転動体転走面と前記転動体戻し通路を接続する方向転換路を有する一対の蓋部材と、
前記負荷転動体転走面、前記転動体戻し通路、及び前記方向転換路で構成される転動体循環経路内に転走自在に配列される複数の転動体と、
前記転動体転走面と前記負荷転動体転走面の間で負荷を受けながら転がり運動する前記複数の転動体の非負荷面側を案内するように、前記負荷転動体転走面の全長に沿って設けられる複数の転動体案内部材と、
を備える運動案内装置において、
前記転動体案内部材は、
構造主母材となる梁部材と、
前記転動体の非負荷面側を案内する転動体案内面を含む外郭部材と、を有し、
前記梁部材と前記外郭部材とが、インサート成型され、
前記転動体案内部材を断面で見たときに、前記外郭部材は、少なくとも前記転動体案内面を形成可能な範囲で前記梁部材の外周側にインサート成型され、
前記転動体案内部材を断面で見たときに、前記梁部材の外周が前記外郭部材の外周の内側に収まるように構成され、さらに、
前記梁部材は、長尺の棒材として形成されていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記梁部材には結合手段が形成されており、当該結合手段を用いることで、前記転動体案内部材が前記移動部材に対して結合自在に構成されていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項2に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体案内部材は、前記移動部材に対して結合自在とされるための前記結合手段以外の別の結合手段を長手方向の両端部に備えており、さらに、
前記結合手段と前記別の結合手段とが、任意に選択可能、もしくは両結合手段を同時に実施可能とされていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記梁部材は丸棒として形成されるとともに、当該丸棒の少なくとも一部には除去加工部が形成されており、
前記除去加工部の形成箇所に対して前記外郭部材が入り込むようにインサート成型が行われていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。
