Claims (3)
- 両側面に長手方向に沿った転動体の転走面が形成された軌道部材と、
無限循環する多数の転動体を介して前記軌道部材に跨るようにして組み付けられると共に前記軌道部材の長手方向に沿って移動自在な移動部材と、を備え、
前記移動部材は、
前記軌道部材の転走面と対向して転動体の負荷通路を構成する負荷転走面及びこの負荷転走面と平行に設けられる転動体戻し通路を有する本体部材と、
前記負荷通路と転動体戻し通路を繋ぐ方向転換路を有し、前記軌道部材の各側面に対応して本体部材の移動方向の各端面に一対ずつ設けられる循環部材と、
前記本体部材の移動方向の両端面に固定されると共に、各循環部材が組み付けられる一対の凹部及び外部から潤滑剤が流入する供給孔を有する一対の蓋部材と、
前記循環部材と蓋部材とが組み合わさることにより前記本体部材の移動方向端面と平行な面内に設けられると共に前記無限循環路内に潤滑剤を供給する潤滑剤経路と、
を備え、
前記潤滑剤経路は、前記蓋部材に形成されて前記供給孔と各凹部を連結する導入路と、前記循環部材に形成される第一及び第二の接続路と、前記循環部材に形成されて一端が前記第一及び第二の接続路に接続されると共に他端が前記無限循環路に開放された吐出溝と、を有し、
一対の循環部材は各蓋部材が有する一対の凹部夫々に対して互いに180°異なる向きで取り付けられ、
一方の循環部材では、前記第一の接続路と前記蓋部材の導入路とが連結され、他方の循環部材では、前記第二の接続路と前記導入路とが連結され、
前記第一及び第二の接続路は、これら第一及び第二の接続路の断面積を前記導入路及び前記突出溝のそれよりも小さく設定する絞り部を有することを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 前記軌道部材の各側面には転走面が二条ずつ形成されて、当該軌道部材と移動部材との間には四条の負荷通路が形成され、
前記循環部材は二条一組の負荷通路に対応して設けられ、一方の負荷通路に接続される第一方向転換路を内蔵すると共に、他方の負荷通路に接続される第二方向転換路の内周側案内面が前記第一方向転換路と交差するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。 - 各循環部材の第一方向転換路の一端には、前記転動体戻し通路を有する戻し通路パイプが当該循環部材と一体に成形され、
前記戻し通路パイプを前記本体部材に挿入することにより当該本体部材が前記転動体戻し通路を備える一方、
各循環部材には前記本体部材に対して反対側から挿入された戻し通路パイプの先端と当接するパイプ突き当て面が前記第二方向転換路の内周側案内面に隣接して形成され、更に、
前記第一の接続路は、前記パイプ突き当て面の周縁に沿って形成されると共に前記本体部材の移動方向端面に向けて開放された溝形状であり、前記絞り部は当該第一の接続路の溝深さを浅くする段部である一方、
前記第二の接続路は前記戻し通路パイプの付け根に設けられると共に前記第一方向転換路を避けるようにしてトンネル状に形成され、当該第二の接続路の出入り口は前記絞り部としてのオリフィスを形成することを特徴とする請求項2記載の転がり案内装置。
