Description
以下、本発明を実施するための好適な実施形態について、図面を用いて説明する。なお、以下の実施形態は、各請求項に係る発明を限定するものではなく、また、実施形態の中で説明されている特徴の組み合わせの全てが発明の解決手段に必須であるとは限らない。
そこで、次に、本発明の多様な適用例として、図11〜図14を用いることで、第二の実施形態に係る転動装置について説明を行う。ここで、図11は、第二の実施形態に係るボールねじ装置の概略構成を示す断面図である。また、図12は、第二の実施形態に係るボールねじ装置の概略構成を示す分解斜視図である。
Claims (5)
- 転動体転走溝が形成される内方部材と、
前記内方部材に複数の転動体を介して相対移動自在に組み付けられる外方部材と、
を備え、
前記外方部材が、
前記転動体転走溝と協働して負荷転動体転走路を形成する負荷転動体転走溝を有するとともに、当該負荷転動体転走溝に対応して配置される無負荷転動体転走路を有する外方部材本体部と、
前記外方部材本体部における相対移動方向の両端面に取り付けられるとともに、前記負荷転動体転走路の一端と前記無負荷転動体転走路の一端をつなぐ方向転換路の少なくとも一部を有する一対の蓋体と、
を備える転動装置において、
前記蓋体に形成される前記方向転換路の少なくとも一部が、前記蓋体と前記外方部材本体部との接続面から前記外方部材本体部側に向けて突出するように、前記蓋体に対して前記方向転換路の少なくとも一部を含む突起部が形成され、さらに、
前記突起部には、当該突起部の外周面に、当該突起部の外周面の先端部にまで潤滑剤供給溝を設けたことを特徴とする転動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の転動装置において、
前記突起部に形成された潤滑剤供給溝は、前記無負荷転動体転走路につながることを特徴とする転動装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の転動装置において、
前記方向転換路の少なくとも一部と前記無負荷転動体転走路は、それぞれの繋ぎ目にテーパ形状を有していることを特徴とする転動装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の転動装置が、リニアガイドとして構成されることを特徴とする転動装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の転動装置が、ボールねじ装置として構成されることを特徴とする転動装置。
