Claims (27)
- ポリママトリックスに埋設された複数の繊維を含む第1の複合材スキンと、
ポリママトリックスに埋設された複数の繊維を含む第2の複合材スキンと、
前記第1の複合材スキンの少なくとも一部分と前記第2の複合材スキンの少なくとも一部分との間に位置付けられ、それらに結合したコアであって、セル壁によって画定される複数のセルを含み、前記複数のセルのそれぞれが、前記第1および第2の複合材スキンの少なくとも一部分に対して垂直な長さ方向の軸を有する、コアと、
前記第1の複合材スキンまたは前記第2の複合材スキンのうち1つ以上が第1の幾何学的構成から第2の幾何学的構成へと遷移する遷移領域と、および
前記第1の複合材スキンまたは前記第2の複合材スキンのうち1つ以上の上に配置された1つ以上のパッチを画定する複数の補強繊維であって、前記1つ以上のパッチのそれぞれが前記遷移領域内に位置付けられている、複数の補強繊維と、
を含むことを特徴とする補強複合材構造。 - 請求項1に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記複数の補強繊維が、整列繊維を含むことを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記1つ以上のパッチのうち少なくともいくつかが、互いに対し平行に配置されていることを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記遷移領域が、曲げ線を含み、前記1つ以上のパッチのうち少なくともいくつかが、前記遷移領域の前記曲げ線に対して垂直に延在するように配置されていることを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記複数の補強繊維が、ランダム配向繊維を含むことを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記複数の補強繊維が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、またはプラスチック繊維のうち1種以上を含むことを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記コアが、プラスチックチューブ、カードボード、板紙、低密度発泡体、または高密度発泡体のうち少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の複合材構造であって、前記コアが、互いに結合した複数のポリカーボネートチューブを含むことを特徴とする複合材構造。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記第1の幾何学的構成における前記第1または第2の複合材スキンにおける1つ以上の第1の部分が、前記第2の幾何学的構成における前記第1または第2の複合材スキンにおける1つ以上の第2の部分に対して、非平行の角度に配向されていることを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記第1の幾何学的構成において前記コアが第1の厚さを有し、前記第2の幾何学的構成において前記コアが前記第1の厚さとは異なる第2の厚さを有することを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 複数の幾何学的領域を有する補強複合材構造であって、
ポリママトリックスに埋設された少なくとも1つの第1の繊維シートを含む第1の複合材スキンと、
ポリママトリックスに埋設された少なくとも1つの第2の繊維シートを含む第2の複合材スキンと、
前記第1の複合材スキンの少なくとも一部分と前記第2の複合材スキンの少なくとも一部分との間に位置付けられ、それらに結合したコアであって、セル壁によって画定される複数のセルを含み、前記複数のセルのそれぞれが、前記第1および第2の複合材スキンの少なくとも一部分に対して垂直な長さ方向の軸を有する、コアと、

前記複数の幾何学的領域のうち遷移領域は、前記第1の幾何学的領域と前記第2の幾何学的領域とを接続し、
前記補強複合材構造が、前記第1の複合材スキンまたは前記第2の複合材スキンのうち1つ以上の上に配置された1つ以上のパッチを画定する複数の補強繊維であって、前記1つ以上のパッチのそれぞれが前記遷移領域内に位置付けられている、複数の補強繊維を更に含む、
ことを特徴とする補強複合材構造。 - 請求項11に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記第1の複合材スキンまたは前記第2の複合材スキンに付着し、少なくとも部分的にこれらに取り囲まれた金属インサートを更に含むことを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項12に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記金属インサートが、前記コアによって少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれ、前記インサートが、前記第1の複合材スキンまたは前記第2の複合材スキンによって前記コアから隔離されていることを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記第1および第2の複合材スキンの前記繊維シートのそれぞれが、炭素繊維シートを含むことを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記1つ以上のパッチのうち少なくともいくつかが、互いに対し平行に配置されていることを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記1つ以上のパッチが、放射状パターンで配置された複数のパッチを含み、前記パッチのそれぞれが、別のパッチとは異なる角度で配向するようになることを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項11から16のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記1つ以上のパッチのうち少なくともいくつかが、前記第1の複合材スキンまたは前記第2の複合材スキンのうち1つ以上に圧入されていることを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項11から17のいずれか1項に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記第1および第2の複合材スキンの複数のポリママトリックスが、異なる硬化ポリマ樹脂を含むことを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 補強複合材構造を製作するための方法であって、
第1の樹脂含浸繊維シートと、
第2の樹脂含浸繊維シートと、
前記第1の樹脂含浸繊維シートの少なくとも一部分と前記第2の樹脂含浸繊維シートとの間に配されたコアであって、セル壁によって画定される複数のセルを含み、前記複数のセルのそれぞれが、第1および第2の複合材スキンの少なくとも一部分に対して垂直な長さ方向の軸を有する、コアと、および
1つ以上のパッチを画定する複数の補強繊維であって、前記1つ以上のパッチのそれぞれがスタックアセンブリの第1の領域に位置付けられ、前記第1の樹脂含浸繊維シートまたは前記第2の樹脂含浸繊維シートのうち1つ以上と接触した複数の補強繊維と、
を含むスタックアセンブリを配置する工程と、および
前記複数の補強繊維の少なくともいくつかに樹脂を塗布する工程と、
前記スタックアセンブリの第1の領域の少なくとも一部分から遷移領域を形成するために、前記スタックアセンブリを圧縮する工程であって、前記遷移領域が、第1の幾何学的領域と、前記第1の幾何学的領域とは異なる第2の幾何学的領域とを接続し、少なくともいくつかの前記パッチが前記遷移領域に位置している、工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項19に記載の方法であって、前記第1の樹脂含浸繊維シートもしくは前記第2の樹脂含浸繊維シートのうち1つ以上の樹脂、または前記複数の補強繊維の前記少なくともいくつかに塗布された樹脂を硬化する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項19から20のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記第1の幾何学的領域の少なくとも一部分が、非平行の向きで前記第2の幾何学的領域の少なくとも一部分に対する非平行な配向を示すことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項21に記載の方法であって、前記遷移領域が、前記第1の幾何学的領域および前記第2の幾何学的領域の間に曲げ線を画定し、複数の前記パッチのうちの少なくともいくつかが前記第1の幾何学的領域から前記第2の幾何学的領域まで前記曲げ線に対して垂直に延在することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項19から22のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記スタックアセンブリを圧縮する前に、前記スタックアセンブリに隣接するインサートを位置付ける工程を更に含み、
前記スタックアセンブリを圧縮する工程が、前記インサートを前記スタックアセンブリに押し込み、前記スタックアセンブリに隣接する前記コアがそれに応じて圧縮され、前記インサートおよび前記スタックアセンブリを圧縮する成形型の外形と同じ形を持つようにする工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項19から23のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記第1の樹脂含浸繊維シートもしくは前記第2の樹脂含浸繊維シートのうち1つ以上の樹脂、または前記複数の補強繊維の少なくともいくつかに塗布された樹脂を硬化する工程が、成形型内で前記樹脂を少なくとも部分的に硬化させる工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項19から24のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記スタックアセンブリを圧縮する工程が、
成形型キャビティの内側に前記スタックアセンブリを位置付ける工程と、および
前記成形型キャビティを形成する第1の成形型部分および第2の成形型部分に圧力を印加することにより、前記スタックアセンブリを圧縮する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記1つ以上のパッチのそれぞれの少なくとも一部が、前記コアの中の前記複数のセルの長い軸に対して垂直に延在することを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
- 請求項11に記載の補強複合材構造であって、前記1つ以上のパッチのそれぞれの少なくとも一部が、前記コアの中の前記複数のセルの長い軸に対して垂直に延在することを特徴とする補強複合材構造。
