Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載された空気調和装置の吸込み側への又は吹出し側からの空気を案内する車両用空調ダクトであって
ダクト外表面とダクト内表面とを形成する筒状のダクト壁と、前記車両に前記ダクト壁を取り付けるための複数のダクト取付具と、を備え、
前記ダクト壁が、ポリスチレン樹脂とポリオレフィン樹脂とを含有した複合発泡樹脂材で構成され、
前記ダクト取付具は、前記ダクト壁に外側から係合する枠状の係合部と、前記係合部から互いに車幅方向において反対側に突出する結合部とを有し、前記係合部および前記結合部が、上下割りされる帯板状の第1部品と第2部品とで構成され、前記結合部において前記第1部品と前記第2部品は積層され、前記結合部が固定具で前記車両に取り付けられる際に積層状態の前記第1部品および前記第2部品が当該固定具で共締めされる、車両用空調ダクト。 - 前記ダクト壁の長手方向末端部に取り付けられた閉塞材を備え、閉塞材が吸音材で構成される、請求項1に記載の車両用空調ダクト。
- 吸い込んだ空気を温度調整して吹き出す空気調和装置と、
前記空気調和装置の吸込み側への又は吹出し側からの空気を案内する空調ダクトと、を備え、
前記空調ダクトが、ダクト外表面とダクト内表面とを形成する筒状のダクト壁と、車両に前記ダクト壁を取り付けるための複数のダクト取付具とを備え、
前記ダクト壁が、ポリスチレン樹脂とポリオレフィン樹脂とを含有した複合発泡樹脂材で構成され、
前記ダクト取付具は、前記ダクト壁に外側から係合する枠状の係合部と、前記係合部から互いに車幅方向において反対側に突出する結合部とを有し、前記係合部および前記結合部が、上下割りされる帯板状の第1部品と第2部品とで構成され、前記結合部において前記第1部品と前記第2部品は積層され、前記結合部が固定具で前記車両に取り付けられる際に積層状態の前記第1部品および前記第2部品が当該固定具で共締めされる、鉄道車両。 - 車体に形成されて前記空調ダクトを配置する内部空間を更に備え、
前記空調ダクトが、それぞれ前記ダクト壁で筒状に形成されて長手方向に繋ぎ合わされた複数のダクト体を備え、
前記複数のダクト取付具が、前記複数のダクト体に一対一で対応付けられる、請求項3に記載の鉄道車両。 - 前記ダクト体は、長手方向に700mm〜1200mmの寸法を有する、請求項4に記載の鉄道車両。
