Claims (10)
- 残留バッテリ容量を遠隔測定する方法であって、
バッテリを使用して第1のRC回路の第1のコンデンサを所定の閾値電圧に充電又は放電させるステップと、
前記バッテリを使用して第2のRC回路の第2のコンデンサを前記所定の閾値電圧に充電又は放電するステップと、
前記第1のコンデンサが前記所定の閾値電圧に到達すると、第1の応答信号を通信モジュールからリーダシステムを含むハンドヘルドコンピュータデバイスに提供するステップと、
前記第2のコンデンサが前記所定の閾値電圧に到達すると、第2の応答信号を前記通信モジュールから前記リーダシステムを含む前記ハンドヘルドコンピュータデバイスに提供するステップと、
前記ハンドヘルドコンピュータデバイスにおける前記第1の応答信号と前記第2の応答信号の着信間の時間差を計算するステップと、
前記時間差を用いて、前記バッテリの電圧を、決定するステップと、
前記バッテリの前記電圧を用いて、前記残留バッテリ容量を決定する、方法。 - 前記ハンドヘルドコンピュータデバイスの前記リーダシステムを使用して、前記コンデンサの充電又は放電を開始するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記時間差を計算するステップは、前記リーダシステムが前記コンデンサの充電又放電を開始するときと前記ハンドヘルドコンピュータデバイスが前記応答信号を受信するときとの間の時間差を測定するステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のRC回路、および、前記第2のRC回路は、前記バッテリに動作可能に接続される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記通信モジュールは、アンテナを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アンテナは、質問信号を前記ハンドヘルドコンピュータデバイスから受信する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記通信モジュールは、RFIDタグを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記通信モジュールは、前記バッテリによって担持される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記残留バッテリ容量情報を表示デバイス上で表示するステップを更に含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハンドヘルドコンピュータデバイスの前記表示デバイスを使用して前記残留バッテリ容量情報を表示する前記ステップは、前記バッテリ電圧を使用して決定された残留バッテリ容量を示す図形証印を表示するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
