Claims (4)
- 外側エンクロージャ壁と、内側エンクロージャ壁と、第1側面と、第2側面とを備えている炉であって、複数のガラス基板を該炉内に鉛直配向で支持する炉、
前記炉の前記第1側面を貫通して、前記炉により画成される内部容積内へと延在している、運動しないように制限されている第1の複数の拘束ピン、および、
前記炉の前記第2側面を貫通して延在しており、各々がその長手軸に沿って可動である、第2の複数の拘束ピン、
を備えてなる、複数のガラス基板を熱処理する装置であって、
前記第2の複数の拘束ピンは、前記複数のガラス基板と接触状態にあり、かつ、前記第2の複数の拘束ピンの各拘束ピンは、付勢力を加えるための付勢アセンブリを備えており、
前記複数のガラス基板が前記第1の複数の拘束ピンと前記第2の複数の拘束ピンとの間に接触状態で配置されるように、前記複数のガラス基板は、前記付勢力により前記複数の第1の拘束ピンに接触するように付勢されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の複数の拘束ピンの各拘束ピンが、前記複数のガラス基板のうちのあるガラス基板に接触する接触部材と、前記付勢アセンブリに連結される延長部材とを備え、
該接触部材および該延長部材が、継手により可動に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記第2の複数の拘束ピンの各拘束ピンが、前記複数のガラス基板のうちのあるガラス基板に接触する接触部材と、前記付勢アセンブリに連結される延長部材とを備え、
該接触部材および該延長部材が、継手により可動に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。 - 前記炉内へと延在している誘導部材をさらに備え、
前記複数のガラス基板を前記炉の外部位置から前記炉の内部位置へと移動させる間に、前記複数のガラス基板のうちのあるガラス基板が前記誘導部材と滑動接触することを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の装置。
