Description
a)ローター紡績プロセスは、糸横断面中に、リング紡績プロセスよりもかなり高い繊維数を必要とする。実際、ローター糸は、糸横断面中に少なくとも100本の繊維を有さなければならないと考えられる。
b)ローター糸は、同じ糸繊度のリング糸よりもかなり低い糸強度を示す。
c)リング紡績と同様に、糸生産の生産性はローターの速度および糸撚りのレベルによって決まる。
AT287905に従って商用ラインで製造された、0.8dtexの線密度を有するセルロース系短繊維について、BISFAの規定に従って測定したところ、コンディショニングした状態で36.3cN/Texの強度および5.9cN/tex(5%伸び)のモジュラスを示した。
この繊維を100%含む、Nm100(Ne60)、Nm135(Ne80)およびNm180(Ne100)の糸を、MVS紡績機で空気ジェット技術により製造した。これらの糸は、通常のレンチング・モダール(登録商標)繊維から生産された糸よりもはるかに高度な軟らかさを示した。
さらに、AT287905に従いパイロットプラントで生産した0.65dtexの線密度を持つセルロース系短繊維について、BISFAの規定に従って測定したところ、コンディショニングされた状態で36.4cN/texのテナシティおよび6.3cN/texのモジュラス(5%伸び)を示した。この繊維で作られた糸も、従来のレンチング・モダール(登録商標)繊維で作られた糸よりはるかに高度な柔らかさを示した。
Claims (14)
- 0.6〜0.9dtexの単繊維線密度Tを有する高テナシティセルロース系再生繊維であって、コンディショニングされた状態でのテナシティ(Bc)がBc(cN)≧1.3√T+2Tであり、湿潤状態における5%の伸びでの湿潤モジュラス(Bm)がBm(cN)≧0.5×√Tであることを特徴とする高テナシティセルロース系再生繊維。
- 前記再生繊維が短繊維である、請求項1に記載の再生繊維。
- 請求項1に記載のセルロース系再生繊維を含んでいる糸。
- 空気紡績プロセスにより製造され、50Nm超の繊度を有する、請求項3に記載の糸。
- 前記セルロース系再生繊維を100%含む、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の糸。
- 少なくとも一種の他のタイプの細繊維をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の糸。
- 前記他のタイプの細繊維が、それぞれ合成マイクロファイバー、他のセルロース系繊維および動物由来の細繊維からなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の糸。
- 前記合成マイクロファイバーが、ポリエステル、ポリアミドおよびポリアクリルからなる群から選択され、前記他のセルロース系繊維が、綿、コーマ綿、ライオセル、キュプロ、リネン、ラミーおよびカポックからなる群から選択され、前記動物由来の細繊維が、アルパカ、アンゴラ、カシミヤ、モヘアおよび他の絹からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の糸。
- 請求項1に記載のセルロース系再生繊維を含む平面テキスタイル構造。
- 表面積あたりの重量が150g/m2未満である、請求項9に記載の平面テキスタイル構造。
- 表面積あたりの重量が115g/m2未満である、請求項9に記載の平面テキスタイル構造。
- 前記セルロース系再生繊維を100%含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の平面テキスタイル構造。
- 少なくとも一種の他のタイプの細繊維を含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の平面テキスタイル構造。
- 前記他のタイプの細繊維が、それぞれ合成マイクロファイバー、他のセルロース系繊維および動物由来の細繊維からなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載の平面テキスタイル構造。
