以下、本発明の第1実施形態を図1〜図4を参照して説明する。図1は、本発明の電源装置の一実施形態を示す分解斜視図である。図2は、第1実施形態における図1に示す電池接続体の部分上面図である。図3(A)は図2に示すバスバの斜視図であり、図3(B)は図2に示すバスバ及び端子の斜視図である。図4(A)は自動布線機の一例を示す側面図であり、図4(B)は図4(A)中の圧接クリンパの拡大斜視図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態を図5及び図6を参照して以下説明する。図5は、第2実施形態における本発明の電池接続体2の上面図である。図6(A)は図5に示すバスバ・端子ユニットを示す斜視図であり、図6(B)は図5に示すバスバ・端子ユニットの曲げ加工前の状態を示す斜視図である。

Claims (5)
- 正極及び負極が交互に並ぶように重ねられた複数の電池から構成された電池集合体と、互いに隣り合う前記電池の正極及び負極を接続することでこれら複数の電池を直列に接続するバスバと、前記バスバに接続されると共に電線が取り付けられる端子と、前記バスバを収容するバスバ収容部及び前記端子の電線接続部を収容する電線接続部収容部が設けられたプレートと、を備えた電源装置において、
前記端子が、底板と、この底板から立設され、互いの間に電線が位置づけられる一対の側板と、前記一対の側板から内側に向かって突出し、互いの間に前記電線が圧入されると前記電線の絶縁被覆を突き破って当該電線の芯線に圧接される少なくとも一対の圧接刃と、を備え、
前記プレートの電線接続部収容部には、前記端子の側板の上面に係止する係止爪が設けられている
ことを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記バスバと前記端子とが一体に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源装置。 - 前記端子が、前記バスバ上に重ねて設けられ、
前記バスバの端部と前記端子の端部とを連結して一体にする連結部を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電源装置。 - 前記バスバが、1枚の金属板を180度折り曲げて重ねた一方から構成され、
前記端子が、前記1枚の金属板を180度折り曲げて重ねた他方から構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電源装置。 - 正極及び負極が交互に並ぶように重ねられた複数の電池のうち互いに隣り合う前記電池の正極及び負極を接続することでこれら複数の電池を直列に接続するバスバと、前記バスバに接続されると共に電線が取り付けられる端子と、前記バスバを収容するバスバ収容部及び前記端子の電線接続部を収容する電線接続部収容部が設けられたプレートと、を備えた電池接続体において、
