本発明の他の態様によると、前記可撓管組立体上に外皮を被覆する工程と前記アニールの工程の間に、さらに冷却工程を有することが好ましい。
以下、実施例を挙げて本発明をさらに具体的に説明する。以下の実施例に示す材料、使用量、割合、処理内容、処理手順等は、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない限り、適宜、変更することができる。従って、本発明の範囲は以下に示す具体例に限定されるものではない。
耐熱性について、内視鏡外皮の構成材料を用いて作製したシート状の検体(厚さ0.5mm、縦50mm、横10mm)に対し加熱、急冷を繰り返し、可撓性が低下するかを調べた。具体的には、各検体を2気圧下で135℃、20分間オートクレーブ処理した後、氷水で急冷する一連動作を10回繰り返した。
Claims (7)
- 内視鏡可撓管の製造方法であって、
金属帯片を螺旋状に巻き回した螺旋管と、前記螺旋管に被覆された金属線を編組みした筒状網体を備える可撓管組立体を準備する工程と、
ポリウレタン系熱可塑性エラストマーを下層、ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーを上層とする外皮を、前記上層と前記下層の総厚を一定として、一方端から他方端に向けて、前記可撓管組立体上に押出成形機により被覆する工程と、
前記可撓管組立体上に前記外皮を被覆する工程の後に、前記上層と前記下層の中で軟化点の低い方の軟化点近傍でアニールする工程とを有し、
前記外皮を被覆する工程は、前記ポリウレタン系熱可塑性エラストマーと前記ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーの溶融粘度比(ポリウレタン系熱可塑性エラストマー/ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマー:押出成形機の出口温度基準)を1〜35の範囲内とし、前記一方端においては前記上層及び前記下層の一方が最大の厚みを有し前記他方端では前記一方が最小の厚さを有するように前記上層と前記下層の厚み比率を徐々に変化させる内視鏡可撓管の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の内視鏡可撓管の製造方法において、以下の式を満たす内視鏡可撓管の製造方法。
6≦(A/B)/(C/D)≦16
(但し、A:一方端における厚い層の厚さ、B:一方端における薄い層の厚さ、C:他方端における薄い層の厚さ、D:他方端における厚い層の厚さ) - 請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡可撓管の製造方法において、前記可撓管組立体上に外皮を被覆する工程と前記アニールの工程の間に、さらに冷却工程を有する内視鏡可撓管の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか記載の内視鏡可撓管の製造方法において、前記一方端から前記他方端に向かう所定の長さ、及び前記他方端から前記一方端に向かう所定の長さにおいて、前記外皮が前記上層と前記下層の厚さ比率が一定の領域を有する内視鏡可撓管の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか記載の内視鏡可撓管の製造方法において、前記一方端において前記上層が厚く前記下層が薄く、前記他方端において前記上層が薄く前記下層が厚い内視鏡可撓管の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか記載の内視鏡可撓管の製造方法において、前記一方端において前記上層が薄く前記下層が厚く、前記他方端において前記上層が厚く前記下層が薄い内視鏡可撓管の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか記載の内視鏡可撓管の製造方法において、前記可撓管組立体を準備する工程は、少なくとも複数の前記可撓管組立体と一つのダミー部材と、前記可撓管組立体と前記ダミー部材を複数のジョイント部材で交互に連結する工程を含む内視鏡可撓管の製造方法。
