- 前記操作意図を確定するために、身体動作、特に身体部位(36)の移動方向および/またはユーザの眼差し方向に関する情報を含む情報を用いることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記情報を用いて、操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)の表示からの身体部位(36)の距離を確定し、該距離に応じて該操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)のサイズ変更を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザ情報を、少なくとも部分的にカメラシステム(130)および/または超音波センサシステムを用いて取り込むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記操作意図の確定のために走行状況に関する周囲情報を含む情報を用い、該情報を、最適化表示されるように情報を適合する際に考慮することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記表示装置上に表示される情報を適合する際、透過度、操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)の大きさ、隣接する他の操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)からの距離、および/または当該操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)または複数の操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)のアニメ表示を変更することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記操作意図の確定の際に、身体部位による身振りを取り込んで評価し、その際、表示される情報の適合が、取り込んだ各身振りに割り当てられている適合機能に応じて実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記身振りに少なくとも1つの静的な身振りが含まれており、該身振りを身体部位の所定の姿勢に基づいて検出することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記身振りに少なくとも1つの動的な身振りが含まれており、該身振りを、身体部位の通る所定の軌跡に基づいて検出することを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記身振りに少なくとも1つの複合的な身振りが含まれており、該身振りを、所定の複数の静的な身振り間の移行および/または所定の軌跡を通る静的な身振りに基づいて検出されることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)の有する情報が表示可能である、および/または表示される表示装置(35;43;59;72;102;150;170;180)と、
センサ情報を把握するための少なくとも1つのセンサ機構であって、前記センサ情報に基づいて、表示装置(35;43;59;72;102;150;170;180)上に表示される操作部の少なくとも1つの操作意図がその操作より前に確定され、操作する場合に、表示される操作部と関連づけられる操作動作が起動かつ作動されるセンサ機構と、制御機構(120)とを含む、自動車(101)内における対話型操作装置(100)であって、
該制御機構(120)の構成が、前記表示装置(35;43;59;72;102;150;170;180)に表示される操作部のうちの少なくとも1つに対する操作意図を確定する際に、該表示装置(35;43;59;72;102;150;170;180)に表示される情報が、確定された操作意図に従って適合され、その際、操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)のうちの前記少なくとも1つの操作部が該操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)を起動するのに最適に表示されるように適合される構成を有し、
かつ、
前記操作意図の確定の際に、当該操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)の操作確率、および必要であればその他の操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)の操作確率が確定され、かつ、表示される情報の適合が、前記操作部の操作確率に応じて、前記操作部が、必要であればその他の操作部が、対応して割り当てられた操作動作またはその他の操作動作を起動するために最適化表示されることで行われ、かつ、
前記表示装置上に表示される情報が、操作意図が確定されていない間、視覚的な情報伝達を最適化表示するために適合され、かつ、
前記操作動作を起動するための最適化表示が、
−少なくとも1つの操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)を表示すること、つまり、透明度を低くすること及び/又は、
−少なくとも1つの操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)を拡大すること及び/又は、
−少なくとも1つの操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)の表示位置を変更すること及び/又は、
−少なくとも1つの操作部の、その他の操作部からの相対的な距離を変更すること及び/又は、
−操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)をアニメーションすることを含み、かつ、
前記視覚的な情報伝達の最適化表示が、
−少なくとも1つの操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)を消すこと、つまり、透明度を高くすること及び/又は
−少なくとも1つの操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)を縮小することを含み、
前記表示装置(35;43;59;72;102;150;170;180)上において前記操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)のうち少なくとも1つの操作部の表示領域に相対して立体的に定められている起動範囲内に位置するユーザの身体部位(36)を取り込むために少なくとも1つのセンサ機構が備えられており、これにより、前記表示装置(35;43;59;72;102;150;170;180)上に表示される前記操作部のうちの少なくとも1つに対する操作意図を確定することができることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記制御機構の構成は、
起動のための最適化表示は、大きさの変更も含まれ、
操作部は、操作確率により確定され、
より大きな表示が、操作確率がない場合に操作部として確定され、かつ
表示の大きさに関しては、操作部が、操作確率により、段階付けられて、好ましくは、少なくとも3段階で表示され、
確定した操作確率が大きい操作部は、操作確率が小さい操作部より大きく表示されるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。 - 前記操作意図の確定とそれに応じた、表示される情報の適合とが、反復的または連続的に実施可能であるように、および/または実施されるように、制御機構(120)が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ情報にユーザの身体動作に関する情報が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ユーザ情報が、少なくとも部分的にカメラシステムおよび/または超音波センサシステムを用いて取り込み可能であること、および/または取り込まれることを特徴とする請求項13から16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ情報にユーザの眼差し方向および/または身体部位(36)の移動方向に関する情報が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項13から17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ情報を用いて身体部位(36)の移動方向および/またはユーザの眼差し方向が確定可能であるように、および/または確定されるように、前記制御機構(120)が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項13から18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 情報が最適化表示されるように適合する際に走行状況に関する周囲情報が考慮可能であるように、および/または考慮されるように、前記制御機構(120)が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項13から19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ情報を用いて、前記操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)の表示からの身体部位(36)の距離が確定可能であるように、および/または確定されるように、また該操作部(33;61;151;161−169;181−186)が該距離に従ってサイズ変更可能であるように、および/またはサイズ変更されるように、前記制御機構(120)が構成されていること特徴とする請求項13から20のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ機構が、ユーザの身体を介して伝送される高周波信号を用いてセンサ情報を確定するように構成されており、該センサ情報に特に身体部位(36)の位置を含めることができることを特徴とする請求項13から21のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ機構が、接触感応性の機構として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項13から22のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのセンサ機構が、身体部位による身振りを検出し、評価するように構成されており、その際、表示される情報の適合が、検出された各身振りに割り当てられている適合機能に従って実施できることを特徴とする請求項13から23いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記身振りに少なくとも1つの静的な身振りが含まれており、該身振りが、前記少なくとも1つのセンサ機構によって身体部位の所定の姿勢として検出できることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記身振りに少なくとも1つの動的な身振りが含まれており、該身振りが、前記少なくとも1つのセンサ機構によって、身体部位の通る所定の軌跡に基づいて検出できることを特徴とする請求項24又は25に記載の装置。
- 前記身振りに少なくとも1つの複合的な身振りが含まれており、該身振りが、前記少なくとも1つのセンサ機構によって、所定の複数の静的な身振り間の移行および/または所定の軌跡を通る静的な身振りに基づいて検出できることを特徴とする請求項24から26のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
