Description
JIS K−7210(試験条件4)に従い、190℃、荷重21.2Nで測定した。
ISO 75に準拠し、荷重1.8MPaで測定した。
ISO 179に準拠して測定した。
ISO 178に準拠して測定した。
高強度繊維をパンに入れ、20℃/分の速度で300℃まで昇温した後、ドライアイスにて急冷した。次に示差走査熱量測定機(DSC)において10℃/分の速度で−20℃から300℃まで昇温し、ガラス転移温度を測定した。
カーギルダウ社製「NatureWorks 6201D」;MFR=10g/10分、融点168℃。
日本油脂社製「ブレンマーPDE−50」。
ユニチカ社製 ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維「ブライトPET短繊維<521>」(以下「PET繊維」と略称する)。
クラレ社製「ベクトラン」;CF1670T(以下「ベクトラン」と略称する)。
帝人社製「テクノーラT322EH3−12」。
旭ファイバーグラス社製「FT592」。
日本油脂社製 ジ−t−ブチルパーオキサイド「パーブチルD」。
出光石油化学社製「520MB」。
高強度繊維としてのベクトランを幅2mmの板状に束ねた状態で、190℃の融解ポリ乳酸樹脂中を10cmの長さにわたり通過させた。次に、これを空気中で冷却し、固化したものを、長さ2mmのペレット状に粉砕し、集束ベクトランを得た。
ポリ乳酸樹脂、ガラス繊維、高強度繊維、集束用樹脂、EGDM、過酸化物について、その量、種類を表1に示すように変化させた。また集束処理の有無を、表1に示すように変化させた。そして、それ以外は実施例1と同様にしてポリ乳酸系樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。得られたペレットを射出成形して、各種物性を測定した。
Claims (1)
- ポリ乳酸樹脂100質量部と(メタ)アクリル酸エステル化合物0.01〜20質量部とを過酸化物0.1〜20質量部の存在下に混合したポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を含むとともに高強度繊維1〜50質量部を含むポリ乳酸系樹脂組成物を製造するに際し、高強度繊維として90℃以下の範囲でガラス転移温度が観測されないポリエステル繊維を用い、高強度繊維をあらかじめ幅1〜5mm、長さ1〜5mmのサイズに、ポリ乳酸樹脂を用いて集束させておくことを特徴とする樹脂組成物の製造方法。
