Description
(1)ビガット軟化点115℃以上、融点150℃以上のホモタイプ、
(2)ビガット軟化点105℃以上、融点130℃以上のエチレンープロピレンとの共重合体(ランダム共重合タイプ)
(3)融点110℃以上である不飽和カルボン酸を用い酸変性重合した単体又はブレンド物等を用いることができる。
[包装材のサンプル作製]
上記の方法により作製した試料1〜試料9及び比較例にかかる電気化学セル用包装材を裁断して120×80mmの短冊片を作製し、55×32mmの矩形状の雄型とこの雄型とのクリアランスが0.3mmの雌型からなるストレート金型(雄型のコーナーR:2mm、稜線R:1mm)を用い、雄型側に熱接着性樹脂層が位置するように雌型上に短冊片を載置するとともに短冊片を0.16MPaの押え圧(面圧)で押えて、試料1〜試料9及び比較例にかかる電気化学セル用包装材に6mmの成形深さに冷間プレス成形した。これにより、試料1〜試料9及び比較例にかかる電気化学セル用包装材は深さが6mmで55×32mmの矩形状の凹部と凹部の4周縁にフランジ部を有する成形容器(トレイ)を作製した。
次に、上記作製した各包装材を15mm巾の短冊状に裁断し、積層された電気化学セル用包装材の最外層である基材層とアルミニウム間を引張り機(島津製作所製、AGS−50D(商品名))で50mm/分の速度で引張り、ラミネート強度を測定しこの値を耐電解液ラミネート強度とした。なお、単位はN/15mm巾である。試料1〜試料9および比較例にかかる電気化学セル用包装材について測定したラミネート強度を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 正極活物質及び正極集電体から成る正極と、負極活物質及び負極集電体から成る負極と、前記正極及び前記負極間に充填される電解質と、を含む電気化学セル本体を収納し、
周縁部をヒートシールすることにより前記電気化学セル本体を密封する電気化学セル用包装材であって、
少なくとも、基材層、接着剤層、金属箔層、熱接着性樹脂層がこの順に積層された構造を有する多層フィルムであり、
前記接着剤層に識別標識が含まれ、
前記識別標識は着色顔料が固形分で含有率5重量%以上30重量%以下添加された接着剤で構成され、
前記接着剤がポリ酢酸ビニル系接着剤、ポリアクリル酸エステル系接着剤、シアノアクリレート系接着剤、エチレン共重合体系接着剤、セルロース系接着剤、ポリエステル系接着剤、ポリアミド系接着剤、ポリイミド系接着剤、アミノ樹脂系接着剤、フェノール樹脂系接着剤、エポキシ系接着剤、ポリウレタン系接着剤、反応型(メタ)アクリル系接着剤、シリコーン系接着剤、無機系接着剤のいずれかであることを特徴とする電気化学セル用包装材。 - 正極活物質及び正極集電体から成る正極と、負極活物質及び負極集電体から成る負極と、前記正極及び前記負極間に充填される電解質と、を含む電気化学セル本体を収納し、
周縁部をヒートシールすることにより前記電気化学セル本体を密封する電気化学セル用包装材であって、
少なくとも、基材層、接着剤層、金属箔層、熱接着性樹脂層がこの順に積層された構造を有する多層フィルムであり、
前記接着剤層に識別標識が含まれ、
前記識別標識は着色顔料が固形分で含有率5重量%以上30重量%以下添加された接着剤で構成され、
前記接着剤がポリ酢酸ビニル系接着剤、ポリアクリル酸エステル系接着剤、シアノアクリレート系接着剤、エチレン共重合体系接着剤、セルロース系接着剤、ポリエステル系接着剤、ポリアミド系接着剤、ポリイミド系接着剤、アミノ樹脂系接着剤、フェノール樹脂系接着剤、エポキシ系接着剤、ポリウレタン系接着剤、反応型(メタ)アクリル系接着剤、シリコーン系接着剤、無機系接着剤のいずれかであり、
前記金属箔層が両面にクロム系化成処理または非クロム系化成処理を有するアルミニウム箔からなり、前記金属箔層と前記熱接着性樹脂層との間に酸変性ポリオレフィン層を有し、前記熱接着性樹脂層がポリプロピレンからなることを特徴とする電気化学セル用包装材。 - 前記基材層上面にマットニス層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気化学セル用包装材。
- 前記基材層上面にマット処理が施され、表面が所定の表面粗さに加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気化学セル用包装材。
