Claims (3)
- 磁気素子と、
光学素子と、
光磁気ディスクとを備え、
前記光磁気ディスクは、
基板と、
データを記憶するため、および光磁気フォーマットのために選択および適合された光磁気記録層と、
前記光磁気記録層の上の誘電層と、
サーボ情報を光学読み取り装置に伝達するための複数のピットおよび/または溝を含み、前記光磁気記録層および前記誘電層に設けられた一連の凹形状部を有している前記ディスクの表面と、
実質的に前記誘電層の高さまで前記凹形状部内に堆積された充填材料であって、前記サーボ情報を読み取る光学読み取りヘッドに対して透明に見える充填材料とを有し、
前記光学素子によって伝達された光を、データディスクのトラックの追跡、および、データの書込みおよび読出し中におけるデータディスクの加熱に用い、実際の書込みおよび読出しには前記磁気素子を用い、前記光磁気ディスクのサーボトラックは前記一連の凹形状部を含む、データ記憶装置。 - 前記充填材料が金属である請求項1に記載のデータ記憶装置。
- 前記誘電層が窒化シリコンを含む請求項1に記載のデータ記憶装置。
