Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.データトラック縁部が熱的に限定され、トラッキング機構は集束レーザスポ ットの放射状の移動を利用する記録及び再生システムであって、 少なくとも一つの磁界感知素子の隣に配置された少なくとも一つの磁界書き込 み素子の隣に配置された前記集束レーザスポットを発生させる少なくとも一つの 光学素子を含み、保存ディスク上に配設されたフライングヘッドと、 粗い並びに微細な放射状及び回転位置をエンコード化するサーボセクタ情報と 、前記データトラック間に配置された熱指向機能と、データの記録及び書き込み 中に加熱された場合に磁気性質を変化させるように設計された薄膜とを含む保存 ディスクとからなる記録及び再生システム。 2. 前記薄膜は少なくとも一層のアモルファス磁気材料からなる請求項1記載 のシステム。 3. 前記薄膜の積層は読出し層及び保存層からなる請求項1記載のシステム。 4. 前記光の光源と保存媒体の保存位置との間の光学経路に沿って光を選択的 に導く組立体であって、 前記光学経路に配置され、前記光学経路に沿って前記光を前記保存位置に対し て導く少なくとも一つの光学素子と、 少なくとも一つの磁気素子とからなり、ここで前記磁気素子は前記光と時間的 に協力して作動し、前記保存位置へアクセス可能とする組立体。 5. 前記光は前記保存位置を加熱し、前記少なくとも一つの磁気素子は磁界検 出素子からなり、前記少なくとも一つの磁気素子は、前記保存位置で保存された 磁束の配向を検出することにより前記加熱保存位置にアクセスする請求項4記載 の組立体。 6. 前記少なくとも一つの磁気素子は磁気抵抗素子からなり、前記磁気抵抗素 子は前記保存位置での磁束の配向を検出することにより前記加熱保存位置にアク セスするために利用する請求項4記載の組立体。 7. 前記磁気抵抗素子は巨大磁気抵抗素子である請求項6記載の組立体。 8. 前記光は前記保存位置を加熱し、前記少なくとも一つの磁気素子は磁界指 向素子からなり、前記少なくとも一つの磁気素子は磁束を前記保存位置へ導くこ とにより前記加熱保存位置にアクセスする請求項4記載の組立体。 9. 前記磁界発生素子はヨーク素子及び導体からなる請求項8記載の組立体。 10. 前記保存媒体はサーボパターンを含み、前記サーボパターンからの前記 光の反射に基づいて、前記光は前記保存位置に向かう請求項4記載の組立体。 11. 前記サーボパターンは隆起した形及びくぼんだ形からなる請求項10記 載の組立体。 12. 前記少なくとも一つの光学素子は光ファイバーを含む請求 項10記載の組立体。 13. 前記少なくとも一つの光学素子は操縦可能なミラーを含む請求項1記載 の組立体。 14. 前記操縦可能なミラーは操縦可能なマイクロ機械加工されたミラーから なる請求項13記載の組立体。 15. 前記保存位置は磁気ドメインを含み、前記磁気ドメインは垂直に配向さ れている請求項4記載の組立体。 16. 前記保存位置は磁気ドメインを含み、前記磁気ドメインは長手に配向さ れている請求項4記載の組立体。 17. 前記保存媒体は中心と、複数のデータトラックと、複数の熱指向機能と からなり、ここで前記複数のデータトラック及び前記複数の熱指向機能は前記中 心の回りに配置され、前記複数の熱指向機能の交互の機能は前記データトラック の夫々の交互のトラック間に配置される請求項4記載の組立体。 18. 前記熱指向機能はチャンネルからなる請求項17記載の組立体。 19. 前記熱指向機能はメサからなる請求項17記載の組立体。 20. 更にヘッドからなり、ここで前記少なくとも一つの光学素子及び前記少 なくとも一つの磁気素子は前記フライングヘッドに結合している請求項4記載の 組立体。 21. 前記少なくとも一つの磁気素子は磁気抵抗素子及び少なくとも一つの磁 界発生素子からなる請求項20記載の組立体。 22. 前記ヘッドはフライングヘッドからなる請求項20記載の組立体。 23. 前記少なくとも一つの磁界発生素子は磁石からなる請求項21記載の組 立体。 24. 前記光の光源と保存媒体の保存位置との間の光学経路に沿って光を選択 的に導く方法であって、 前記光を前記保存位置へ向かわせて前記保存位置に熱を印加し、 前記熱を前記保存位置に印加した後の期間、前記保存位置にアクセスする段階 からなる方法。 25. 前記保存位置にアクセスする前記段階は前記保存位置で磁束の配向を検 出することからなる請求項24記載の方法。 26. 前記保存位置にアクセスする前記段階は磁束を前記保存位置に導くこと からなる請求項24記載の方法。 27. 前記保存媒体はクロストラックの大きさを有するデータトラックからな り、更に前記光を前記保存位置に照射して前記保存位置を加熱することにより、 前記クロストラックの大きさを限定する段階からなる請求項24記載の方法。 28. 前記保存位置は磁気ドメインマークを含み、更に前記熱の印加により前 記磁気ドメインマークの大きさを限定する段階からなる請求項24記載の方法。 29. 前記光の光源と保存位置との間に光を選択的に導く組立体であって、 前記保存位置を加熱する加熱手段と、 前記保存位置にアクセスする保存位置アクセス手段とからなる組立体。
