Claims (13)
- 光磁気ディスクであって、
基板と、
データを記憶するため、および光磁気フォーマットのために選択および適合された光磁気記録層と、
前記光磁気記録層の上の誘電層と、
サーボ情報を光学読み取り装置に伝達するための複数のピットおよび/または溝を含む一連の凹形状部を有している前記ディスクの表面と、
実質的に前記誘電層の高さまで前記凹形状部内に堆積された充填材料であって、前記サーボ情報を読み取る光学読み取りヘッドに対して実質的に透明に見える充填材料と
を有する光磁気ディスク。 - 前記充填材料が金属である請求項1に記載のディスク。
- 磁気記録ディスクであって、
サーボ情報を記憶するために表面に複数の溝を有するディスク基板と、
誘電材料の薄い層を有する前記溝の内部壁を含む、前記基板の表面と、
前記溝内の充填材料であって、前記溝内のサーボまたはデータ情報を読み取るトランスデューサに対して実質的に透明な充填材料と
を有する磁気記録ディスク。 - 前記充填材料が、高いまたは低い透磁率、磁化率、または飽和保磁力を有するアルミニウム、ガラス、ポリマまたは磁気材料である請求項3に記載の磁気記録ディスク。
- 前記誘電材料が窒化シリコンを含む請求項3に記載の磁気記録ディスク。
- 前記誘電材料が窒化シリコンを含む請求項1に記載のディスク。
- 磁気記録ディスクであって、
サーボ情報を記憶するために複数の形状部が上面に形成されたディスク基板と、
前記上面および前記形状部上に配置される誘電材料の薄い層と、
前記誘電材料の上で前記形状部内に配置される充填材料であって、前記形状部内のサーボまたはデータ情報を読み取るトランスデューサに対して実質的に透明な充填材料と
を有する磁気記録ディスク。 - 前記充填材料が、アルミニウム、ガラス、ポリマまたは磁気材料のうちの少なくとも1つである請求項7に記載の磁気記録ディスク。
- 前記充填材料が、高いまたは低い透磁率、磁化率、または飽和保磁力を有する磁気材料である請求項7に記載の磁気記録ディスク。
- 前記誘電材料が窒化シリコンを含む請求項7に記載の磁気記録ディスク。
- 前記形状部が、溝、ピット、凹形、またはエンボスのうちの少なくとも1つである請求項7に記載の磁気記録ディスク。
- 前記形状部が、前記上面にエンボシングまたは成形されている請求項7に記載の磁気記録ディスク。
- 前記充填材料および前記誘電層が、同一平面内にある上面を有している請求項7に記載の磁気記録ディスク。
