Description
「両ブーム体8,10のなす角度θが作業時の最大角度となった図4の状態で、ボス18とフック19が離間する(図4中のCは両者間の隙間を示す)とともに、図5に示すように両ブーム体8,10のなす角度θが最大角度から減少するに連れてボス18とフック19の離間距離(隙間C)が大きくなること」
という条件が設定されている。
(1) 上記実施形態では、ボス18をメインブーム体8の先端部外側面に設けたが、このボス18を先端部内側面に設けてもよい。

Claims (2)
- 第1ブームシリンダによって回動する第1ブーム体の先端部に第2ブーム体を、それぞれのピン穴に挿入したピンにより、同ピンを中心として中折れ式に相対回動可能に接続し、両ブーム体間に設けられた第2ブームシリンダによって第2ブーム体を第1ブーム体に対して逆V字方向に中折れ回動させる作業機械のブーム組立構造において、上記第1ブーム体の先端部にブーム幅方向に延びるボス、上記第2ブーム体の基端部に下向きに開口するフックを、それぞれ次の条件を満足する配置で設けたことを特徴とする作業機械のブーム組立構造。
(A) 上記ボスを上記フックに係合させた状態で第1ブーム体を上記第1ブームシリンダで上向き回動させるすくい上げ動作により、両ブーム体がボス中心を中心に相対回動して互いのピン穴同士が一致すること。
(B) 一致したピン穴にピンを挿入して両ブーム体を接続し、かつ、両ブーム体のなす角度が作業時の最大角度となった状態で上記フックとボスが離間するとともに、両ブーム体のなす角度が最大角度から減少するに連れて上記フックとボスの離間距離が大きくなること。 - ベースマシンに取付けられるメインブーム体、またはこのメインブーム体に接続された継ぎ足しブーム体の先端部にフロントブーム体を相対回動可能に接続してブームを構成し、このブームにおける上記メインブーム体または継ぎ足しブーム体を第1ブーム体、フロントブーム体を第2ブーム体としてボス及びフックを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の作業機械のブーム組立構造。
