Description
特に自動車におけるケーブルハーネスを束ねるための高耐摩耗性テープを提供する。
開いた織り布(open woven fabrics)を含む。想定できる接着剤は、すべての公知の系、例えばアクリレート、シリコーン、合成ゴム及び特に天然ゴム、並びにこれらから誘導される処方物を含む。この種の両面接着テープ、例えば公知のカーペット設置用テープのテサフィクス(tesafixR)4964を外層A及びB間に配置する場合、個々の層の合計よりも顕著に高い耐摩耗性の著しい向上がみられる。

編み紐PETホース(接着剤なし) 2000−5000
入した2重層で使用する場合、耐摩耗性が2倍になるという第一近似を仮定するならば、50g/m2またはそれ以上の適当な粘弾性接着剤層(例えばUV架橋ホットメルトアクリレート接着剤または天然ゴム接着剤)の内層を用いた場合その効果は驚くほど向上する。
この種の複合物系の耐摩耗性は、外層の合計よりもかなり高い(参照、表2)。

Claims (12)
- 第1の外層A及び第2の外層B、該外層A及びBの間に位置し且つそれぞれの場合に全表面にわたってそれらにしっかりと接合された内層Cからなる裏打ち材を含んでなり、但し該外層A及びBが織り布または形成されたループ・ニットで形成され、該内層Cが粘弾性接着剤、または両面接着テープで形成される、ケーブルハーネスを束ねるための高耐摩耗性テープであって、該内層Cが40〜600g/m2の基準重量、及び/又は50〜1000μmの厚さを有し、そして粘弾性接着剤または両面接着テープのための接着剤が天然ゴム、合成ゴム、ポリアクリレートまたはシリコーンに基づく自己接着性化合物である、テープ。
- 自動車におけるケーブルハーネスを束ねるための、請求項1に記載のテープ。
- 粘弾性接着剤が自己接着剤である、請求項1に記載のテープ。
- 裏打ち材の耐摩耗性が(ISO6722、セクション9.3の「こすり耐摩耗性」で測定して)個々の層の耐摩耗性の合計の少なくとも150%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のテープ。
- 外層A及びBの織り布または形成されたループ・ニットがポリエステル、ポリアミド、ガラス繊維及び/または炭素繊維のフィラメントまたはヤーンで形成される、請求項1−4のいずれか1項記載のテープ。
- 内層Cがフィルム、ウェッブ、紙または織り布裏打ち材を有し且つそれぞれの場合に40−300g/m2の両面に適用された粘弾性接着剤層を有する両面接着テープである、
請求項1−5のいずれか1項記載のテ−プ。 - 内層Cがフィルム、ウェッブ、紙または織り布裏打ち材を有し且つそれぞれの場合に50−150g/m2の両面に適用された粘弾性接着剤層を有する両面接着テープである、
請求項1−5のいずれか1項記載のテープ。 - 裏打ち材の少なくとも片方の表面が自己接着剤化合物でコーティングされ、この自己接着剤化合物がゴムまたはアクリレートまたはシリコーン接着剤であってよい、請求項1−7のいずれか1項記載のテープ。
- ケーブルルームに巻き付ける為のケーブルルームの周囲にらせん形に導かれた、請求項1−8のいずれか1項記載のテープの使用法。
- ケーブルルームに巻き付ける、ケーブルルームがその軸方向でテープにより被覆された、請求項1−8のいずれか1項記載のテープの使用法。
- 請求項1−8のいずれか1項記載のテープが巻かれたケーブルルーム。
- 請求項1−8のいずれか1項記載のテープが巻かれたケーブルルームを含んでなる車両。
