Description
以下の例は、本開示によって示される様々な特徴及び利点を記載するものであり、本発明及び添付の特許請求の範囲を限定することを意図するものではまったくない。
この例では、本開示の態様に従い、多層ラップ100(図1参照)と一致するケーブルを結束するためのラップの様々な構成を作製した。表1A及び1Bに列挙するように、「最外層」は、ラップの最外層に対応し(例えば最外層10と一致)、「最内層」は、ラップの最内層に対応する(例えば、最内層30と一致)。さらに、「PET」は、PET布であり、「210μmフリース」は、210μmの厚さ及びポリエステル組成物を有するフリース層であり、「540μmフリース」は、540μmの厚さ及びポリエステル組成物を有するフリース層であり、「ベロア」は、ポリアミド組成物を有するベロアテキスタイルであり、「ポリアミド」は、ポリアミド布である。サンプルIDの「A」から「I」と指定される組合せの各々を、指定される「最外層」上にアクリレート接着剤を配置し、接着剤付きの最外層を「最内層」上に押し付けることによって一緒に積層した。
Claims (8)
- ケーブルを結束するためのラップであって:
(a)第1のポリマーテキスタイルを含む最外層;
(b)第2のポリマーテキスタイルを含む最内層;及び
(c)前記最外層と前記最内層との間の接着剤層

さらに、前記多層ラップが、LV312規格に従って測定した場合、少なくともクラスBの消音性を有し、
前記最外層が100g/m2~400g/m2の目付、及び150μm~350μmの厚さを有し、
前記最内層が150μm~600μmの厚さ、及び50g/m2~250g/m2の目付を有するラップ。 - 前記最外層の前記第1のポリマーテキスタイルが、ベロアである、請求項1に記載のラップ。
- 前記最内層の前記第2のポリマーテキスタイルが、フリースである、請求項1または2に記載のラップ。
- 前記多層ラップが、ISO6722及びLV312規格に従って測定した場合、少なくとも1000ストロークの耐摩耗性及び少なくとも減衰量2dBの消音性を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載のラップ。
- 複数のケーブル、及び
前記複数のケーブルを結束するように配置された多層ラップ
を備える、結束されたケーブルであって、前記ラップは:
(a)第1のポリマーテキスタイルを含む最外層;
(b)第2のポリマーテキスタイルを含む最内層;及び
(c)前記最外層と前記最内層との間の接着剤層
を備え、
前記最外層の前記第1のポリマーテキスタイルが、ベロア、又は、ポリアミドを含む布であり、
前記最内層の前記第2のポリマーテキスタイルが、フリース、又はベロアであり、
これらの第1及び第2のポリマーテキスタイルが互いに異なっており、
前記多層ラップが、直径5mmのマンドレルを使用してISO6722規格に従って測定した場合、前記最内層及び前記最外層単独の耐摩耗性を超える耐摩耗性を有し、
前記多層ラップが、LV312規格に従って測定した場合、少なくともクラスBの消音性を有し、
さらに、前記接着剤層の第1の部分は、前記複数のケーブルのうちの少なくとも1つと接触しており、前記接着剤層の第2の部分は、前記最外層と接触しており、
前記最外層が100g/m2~400g/m2の目付、及び150μm~350μmの厚さを有し、
前記最内層が150μm~600μmの厚さ、及び50g/m2~250g/m2の目付を有する、結束されたケーブル。 - 前記最外層の前記第1のポリマーテキスタイルが、ベロアである、請求項5に記載の結束されたケーブル。
- 前記最内層の前記第2のポリマーテキスタイルが、フリースである、請求項5または6に記載の結束されたケーブル。
- 前記多層ラップが、ISO6722及びLV312規格に従って測定した場合、少なくとも1000ストロークの耐摩耗性及び少なくとも減衰量2dBの消音性を有する、請求項5~7のいずれか一つに記載の結束されたケーブル。
