一方で鋭端で擦り傷がつき且つえぐれができるが、振動やぶつかり合いでがたがた音も生じさせる。ケーブルの束ねに使用するための巻付けテープが騒音を積極的に抑制または低減しうるならば、追加の、費用のかかる防音手段は必要ない。
外層A及び随意のBの、層Cへの全面積にわたる接合は、下層の厚さ中に積層接着剤を用いることにより、また「接合」、例えばオーバーステッチ(overstitch)または縫い合わせにより行うことができる。外層及び中間層の適当な組合わせを与える一緒の縫い付けはそれ自体裏打ち材製造操作の一部であってよく、費用のかかる操作段階が回避できる。

Claims (12)
- 第1の外層Aの全面積が第2層Cにしっかりと接合された該第1の外層Aを有する裏打ち材を含んでなり、該外層Aがビロード様フェルト、目の粗い織り布、織り布、または形成されたループ・ニット、特に織られたPETフィラメント布または織られたポリアミド布からなり、該層Cが多孔性シート様構造体、例えば目が開いているが、安定な3次元構造を有する織り布、或いはフォームまたは発泡フィルムからなる、特に自動車におけるケーブル配線を束ねるための高耐摩耗性で、騒音抑制性のテープ。
- 該層Cがその被覆されてない側で第2の外層Bに該外層Bの全面積にわたってしっかり接合し、該外層Bが好ましくはビロード様フェルト、目の粗い織り布、織り布、または形成されたループ・ニット、特に織られたPETフィラメント布または織られたポリアミド布、からなる、請求項1のテープ。
- 裏打ち材の耐摩耗性が(ISO6722、セクション9.3の「こすり耐摩耗性」で測定して)個々の層の耐摩耗性の合計の少なくとも150%である、請求項1または2のテープ。
- 層Cがスペーサーニット、ループ製品、3次元不織構造体またはワープニットであり及び/または層Cが100−500g/m2、好ましくは150−300g/m2の基準重量を有する、請求項1−3の少なくとも1つのテープ。
