Claims (4)
- 車両の左右車輪間に配設される一対のスタビライザバーと、該一対のスタビライザバーに対してねじり力を付与するアクチュエータとを備えたスタビライザ制御装置において、前記アクチュエータは、前記一対のスタビライザバーの一方に接続する軸受部を形成した第1の部材と、前記一対のスタビライザバーの他方に接続し、前記第1の部材に対して相対的に回転速度差を生じさせる第2の部材とを備え、前記一対のスタビライザバーの一方の端部に対し端面から軸方向の所定範囲に亘って外側歯部を有するスプライン軸部を形成すると共に、該スプライン軸部の端面から軸方向に所定長さの溝形状の切欠部を形成し、且つ、前記第1の部材の軸受部に対し軸方向の所定範囲に亘って内側歯部を有し、前記スプライン軸部が嵌合される寸法関係に設定されたスプライン穴を形成し、該スプライン穴の内側歯部に噛合する外側歯部を有する歯形弾性部材を前記切欠部に装着した状態で、前記スプライン軸部を前記スプライン穴に嵌合して前記一対のスタビライザバーの一方を前記第1の部材に接続するように構成したことを特徴とするスタビライザ制御装置。
- 車両の左右車輪間に配設される一対のスタビライザバーと、モータ及び減速機構を有し、該減速機構を介して前記一対のスタビライザバーを連結し、前記モータの駆動によって前記一対のスタビライザバーに対してねじり力を付与するアクチュエータとを備えたスタビライザ制御装置において、前記減速機構は、前記一対のスタビライザバーの一方に接続する軸受部を形成した第1の歯車と、前記一対のスタビライザバーの他方に接続し、前記第1の歯車に対して相対的に回転速度差を生じさせる第2の歯車とを備え、前記一対のスタビライザバーの一方の端部に対し端面から軸方向の所定範囲に亘って外側歯部を有するスプライン軸部を形成すると共に、該スプライン軸部の端面から軸方向に所定長さの溝形状の切欠部を形成し、且つ、前記第1の歯車の軸受部に対し軸方向の所定範囲に亘って内側歯部を有し、前記スプライン軸部が嵌合される寸法関係に設定されたスプライン穴を形成し、該スプライン穴の内側歯部に噛合する外側歯部を有する歯形弾性部材を前記切欠部に装着した状態で、前記スプライン軸部を前記スプライン穴に嵌合して前記一対のスタビライザバーの一方を前記第1の歯車に接続するように構成したことを特徴とするスタビライザ制御装置。
- 前記減速機構は、前記第1の歯車と前記第2の歯車が、歯数の異なる一対の内歯歯車から成り、該一対の内歯歯車に共通の遊星歯車を噛合して成る不思議遊星歯車機構で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のスタビライザ制御装置。
- 前記減速機構は、前記第1の歯車と前記第2の歯車が互いに噛合するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のスタビライザ制御装置。
