Description
粒子が連行される超音速ガス流をノズル通路を介して与えるように瞬時にガスを解放するための手段と、
患者の組織からノズル端の間隔をあけるためのノズル部の下流側端を超えて包囲および延びる側板(38)とを備え、患者の組織から使用中に反射する衝撃波中のエネルギーを散逸させるための消音器(40、41)を該ノズル部と該取囲側板との間の環状スペースに提供されることを特徴とする無針注射器が提供される。
該粒子が連行される超音速ガス流をノズル通路を介して与えるように瞬時にガスを解放するための手段と、
患者の組織からノズル端の間隔をあけるための該ノズル部の下流側端を超えて包囲および延びる側板(38)とを備え、該患者の組織から使用中に反射する衝撃波中のエネルギーを散逸させるための消音器(40、41)を該ノズル部と該取囲側板との間の環状スペースに提供されることを特徴とする無針注射器が提供される。
i)減少操作圧力は量産医療器具の最終設計のための構造要求を低減する。
ii)減少操作力は、標的皮膚に生じ得るあらゆる不利な効果を阻止することを保証する。
iii)薬剤弾頭の減少は、この投入方法が高効率であることを立証し、この投入技術との生物学的有効性との連携が満足のいくものであることを保証している。
Claims (19)
- 細長い管状ノズル(26)と、最初に該ノズルの上流側端に近接するノズルを通る流路を閉鎖する裂開可能の膜(34)と、該膜に近接して配置された粒子と、膜を裂開させ、かつ該ノズルを介して該粒子が連行される超音速ガス流を生じさせるための十分な気体圧力を該膜の上流側に作用させるための付勢手段(10)とを備える無針注射器であって、
該粒子がDNAで被覆され、そして該粒子がノズル内側を横切って延びる2つの裂開可能の隔膜(33、34)の間に配設されたことを特徴とする無針注射器。 - 内蔵式および可搬式であり、そして該注射器自体の圧縮ガス貯蔵器(10)を組み込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記付勢手段が圧縮ガスを含むバルブ(48)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の注射器。
- 前記膜(34)を裂開させるために該膜の上流側に適用される前記ガスが空気よりも軽いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- 前記裂開可能の膜(34)が、裂開可能の隔膜(33、34)によって提供されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- 前記隔膜が周縁端を取り囲んでお互いに密封され、前記粒子を含む共通のプラスチック包装またはカプセル(28)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- 前記ノズル(26)が、前記膜の下流の先細/末広(35,37)または先細/円筒であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- スペーサ(38)が前記ノズルの下流側端において提供され、標的から該ノズルへの正の間隔を提供することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- 前記スペーサが十分な大きさと形状をもつ管状側板(38)であり、その結果、ノズル出口から流出するガス随行粒子の噴流が、使用に際して、該側板の下流側端の位置レベルでの出口面積の少なくとも5倍の横断面に拡がることが阻止されないことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の注射器。
- 前記スペーサーが、無孔の管状側板(38)であり、そして消音器が、スペーサ側板を介して標的から反射されて戻る衝撃波を受信するために管状ノズルの周囲にある円筒部(39)内の環状スペースに配設されることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の注射器。
- 2つの部分:
少なくとも前記ノズル(26)、前記膜(33、34)および前記粒子を備える使い捨ての下流側部分、および
少なくとも前記付勢手段(10)の一部を備える上流側部分、
に容易に分割することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 - 作動時において、200〜2500m/secの範囲の速度でノズル(26)を介して前記粒子を供給し、該粒子が0.1〜250μmの範囲を多数が占める粒径と、0.1〜25g/cm3の範囲の密度とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- 前記速度が200〜1500m/secの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の注射器。
- 前記速度が200〜1000m/secの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の注射器。
- 前記粒径が0.1〜50μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- 前記粒径が0.1〜10μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の注射器。
- 前記密度が2〜25g/cm3の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- 前記密度が20g/cm3のオーダーであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の注射器。
- 隔膜の周縁端を取り囲み、お互いに直接的または間接的に密封されている2つの隔膜を備える密封ユニットを備え、ここで該隔膜が、DNAで被覆された粒子を含むことを特徴とする無針注射器のための粒子供給源。
