Description
ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、架橋剤(エチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、1,4−ブタンジオールジグリシジルエーテルの内の一つ若しくは2つ以上)、イオン交換水をよく混合し、そこに水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加え、更に混合する。その後1日乃至3日間室温にて放置し、得られたヒアルロン酸架橋ゲルをイオン交換水に浸漬し、未反応の架橋剤と水酸化ナトリウムを充分に除去した。得られたゲルをミルで破砕した後、水と混合しうる有機溶剤を加えて収縮させ、乾燥させた。乾燥後、ミルで粉砕し、微粒子化した。
アルギン酸、ジビニルスルホン、イオン交換水をよく混合し、そこに2M水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加え、更に混合し、1時間室温にて放置した。得られたヒアルロン酸架橋ゲルをイオン交換水に浸漬し、未反応の架橋剤と水酸化ナトリウムを充分に除去した。得られたゲルをミルで破砕した後、水と混合しうる有機溶剤を加えて収縮させ、乾燥させた。乾燥後、ミルで粉砕し、微粒子化した。

Claims (3)
- 体内で容易に溶解、消失する糖質と、水膨潤性物質とから構成されるパイル状物体を用いてシワを改善する美容法であって、該パイル状物体は、皮膚に刺通自在な一辺又は直径が0.1〜100μmの正方形又は円形の断面形状で、長さが10〜3,000μmの正方柱状、円柱状又は錐状の構造を有し、該水膨潤性物質は、グリコサミノグリカン、グリコサミノグリカン架橋体、コラーゲン、コラーゲン架橋体、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ−L−乳酸、ヒアルロン酸架橋体から選択される1つ又は2つ以上の乾燥した水膨潤性物質からなり、該水膨潤性物質をパイル状物体中に5〜20質量%の割合で配合して、前記パイル状物体をシワのある皮膚表面にあてがいながら皮内に刺通し、該パイル状物体を皮内に送達させ、皮内の水分で前記水膨潤性物質を膨潤させるようにしたことを特徴とする皮膚表面のシワを改善する美容方法(医療行為を除く)。
- 体内で容易に溶解、消失する糖質と、水膨潤性物質とから構成されるパイル状物体を基材に保持させてなる皮膚のシワ改善具であって、該パイル状物体は、皮膚に刺通自在な一辺又は直径が0.1〜100μmの正方形又は円形の断面形状で、長さが10〜3,000μmの正方柱状、円柱状又は錐状の構造を有し、該水膨潤性物質は、グリコサミノグリカン、グリコサミノグリカン架橋体、コラーゲン、コラーゲン架橋体、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ−L−乳酸、ヒアルロン酸架橋体から選択される1つ又は2つ以上の乾燥した水膨潤性物質からなり、該水膨潤性物質をパイル状物体中に5〜20質量%の割合で配合したことを特徴とする皮膚のシワ改善具。
- 基材が、ポリメチルメタクリレートであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のシワ改善具。
