Description
Claims (9)
- 第1の車輪に制動力を付与するための第1のホイールシリンダと、
前記第1の車輪とは異なる第2の車輪に制動力を付与するための第2のホイールシリンダと、
動力の供給により運転者のブレーキ操作から独立して高圧の液圧を発生させ得る動力液圧源と、
運転者によるブレーキ操作量に応じて作動液を加圧するマスタシリンダと、前記マスタシリンダの液圧に合わせて前記動力液圧源の液圧を調圧するレギュレータとを含むマニュアル液圧源と、
前記動力液圧源と前記第1及び第2のホイールシリンダのそれぞれとを接続し、前記動力液圧源からの作動液の液圧を調整して前記第1及び第2のホイールシリンダの双方に共通の液圧を作用させる第1の系統と、
前記第1の系統による前記第2のホイールシリンダへの作動液の供給を遮断可能に設けられた分離弁と、
前記分離弁の開閉状態にかかわらず前記レギュレータから前記第2のホイールシリンダへ作動液を供給可能に前記レギュレータと前記第2のホイールシリンダとを接続する第2の系統と、
前記第1の系統により前記第1及び第2のホイールシリンダの双方に共通の液圧を作用させる第1のブレーキモードから、前記分離弁を閉弁して前記第1のホイールシリンダに前記第1の系統により液圧を作用させるとともに前記レギュレータで調圧された液圧を前記第2の系統により前記第2のホイールシリンダに作用させる第2のブレーキモードに切り替える制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。 - モータの回生制御により前記第1の車輪に制動力を付与する回生ブレーキユニットをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、回生制動力と液圧制動力とを併用して前記第1の車輪に制動力を付与する場合に所定の条件下で第1のブレーキモードから第2のブレーキモードに切り替えることにより前記第2のホイールシリンダに作用する液圧を前記第1のホイールシリンダに作用する液圧よりも増圧させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記第2の系統は、前記レギュレータと前記第2のホイールシリンダとの間に設けられた開閉弁とを含み、
前記制御部は、前記分離弁を閉弁して前記第1の系統による前記第2のホイールシリンダへの作動液の供給を遮断するとともに、前記開閉弁を開弁して前記レギュレータで調圧された作動液を前記第2のホイールシリンダに供給することにより前記第2のホイールシリンダに作用する液圧を増圧させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第2の車輪に対する制動力配分が所定値よりも小さい場合に、前記第2のホイールシリンダに作用する液圧を前記第1のホイールシリンダに作用する液圧よりも増圧させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、車両の旋回中に前記第2のホイールシリンダに作用する液圧を前記第1のホイールシリンダに作用する液圧よりも増圧させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、所定値を超える目標減速度を必要とする場合に、前記第2のホイールシリンダに作用する液圧を前記第1のホイールシリンダに作用する液圧よりも増圧させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記分離弁の閉弁中に前記第1の車輪に付与される制動力を回生制動力と液圧制動力とを併用して発生させることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれかに記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の系統及び前記第2の系統のいずれか一方に異常が検出された場合に、前記分離弁を閉弁して前記第1の系統による前記第2のホイールシリンダへの作動液の供給を遮断するとともに、前記第2の系統による前記第2のホイールシリンダへの作動液の供給を開始することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の系統及び前記第2の系統のいずれか一方における前記分離弁の閉弁後の液圧変動に基づいていずれの系統に異常が生じたのかを特定することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
