Description
図1を参照して、本実施の形態に係る制御装置が搭載された電気自動車20の構成について説明する。なお、本発明に係る制御装置を適用できる車両は、クリープトルクを発生する車両であれば、図1に示す電気自動車に限定されず、他の態様を有する電気自動車であってもよい。また、電気自動車ではなく、エンジンとモータとの動力により走行するハイブリッド車両であってもよい。
図9を参照して、本実施の形態に係る制御装置について説明する。本実施の形態に係る制御装置が搭載された車両1020は、上述の第1の実施の形態に係る制御装置が搭載された電気自動車20の構成と比較して、ディファレンシャルギヤ24、推進軸26、モータ30、回転位置検出センサ32、インバータ34、バッテリ36、およびECU100に代えて、エンジン1100、トルクコンバータ1200、自動変速機1300、油圧回路1400、およびECU1000を含む点が異なる。ECU1000は、ECU100と比べて、実行されるプログラムの制御構造のみが異なる。これら以外の構成は、上述の第1の実施の形態に係る電気自動車20の構成と同じ構成である。同じ構成については同じ参照符号が付してある。それらの機能も同じである。したがって、それらについての詳細な説明はここでは繰返さない。なお、以下においては車両1020をFF(Front engine Front drive)車両として説明するが、本実施の形態に係る制御装置は、FF以外の車両にも適用できる。
Claims (12)
- 動力源と制動装置とを備え、前記動力源によりクリープトルクを発生する車両の制御装置であって、
前記車両においては、前進走行ポジションでの停車中に、ブレーキペダルの操作の度合いが予め定められた度合いより大きくなると、運転者が前記車両の発進を要求していることが検出されるまでは、前記ブレーキペダルが操作されていなくても、停車時の制動力を保持するように前記制動装置を制御するブレーキホールド制御が実行され、
前記制御装置は、
前記運転者により前記ブレーキペダルが操作されていることを検出するための手段と、
車速を検出するための手段と、
前記車速に基づいて、前記車両が停車中であるか否かを判断するための手段と、
前記制動装置の作動状態を検出するための検出手段と、
前記ブレーキペダルが操作されている場合に、前記車両が停車中であるか否かに基づいて、前記クリープトルクを抑制するか否かを判断するための第1の判断手段と、
前記ブレーキペダルが操作されていない場合に、前記制動装置の作動状態に基づいて、前記クリープトルクを抑制するか否かを判断するための第2の判断手段と、
前記第1の判断手段および前記第2の判断手段のいずれかにより前記クリープトルクを抑制すると判断された場合に、前記クリープトルクを抑制するための抑制手段とを含む、制御装置。 - 前記制動装置は、油圧式であり、
前記検出手段は、前記制動装置における油圧を検出するための手段を含み、
前記第2の判断手段は、前記検出された油圧が予め定められたしきい値より大きい場合に、前記クリープトルクを抑制すると判断するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記動力源は、回転電機であり、
前記抑制手段は、前記回転電機の出力を小さくするように前記回転電機を制御することにより前記クリープトルクを抑制するための手段を含む、請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記抑制手段は、前記第2の判断手段により前記クリープトルクを抑制すると判断された場合に、前記検出された油圧が大きい場合は小さい場合に比べて前記回転電機の出力を小さくするように前記回転電機を制御することにより、前記クリープトルクを抑制するための手段を含む、請求項3に記載の制御装置。
- 前記車両には、前記動力源に接続され、発進時に係合される係合要素を有する自動変速機が備えられ、
前記抑制手段は、前記係合要素を解放するように前記自動変速機を制御することにより前記クリープトルクを抑制するための手段を含む、請求項2に記載の制御装置。 - 動力源と制動装置とを備え、前記動力源によりクリープトルクを発生する車両の制御方法であって、
前記車両においては、前進走行ポジションでの停車中に、ブレーキペダルの操作の度合いが予め定められた度合いより大きくなると、運転者が前記車両の発進を要求していることが検出されるまでは、前記ブレーキペダルが操作されていなくても、停車時の制動力を保持するように前記制動装置を制御するブレーキホールド制御が実行され、
前記制御方法は、
前記運転者により前記ブレーキペダルが操作されていることを検出するステップと、
車速を検出するステップと、
前記車速に基づいて、前記車両が停車中であるか否かを判断するステップと、
前記制動装置の作動状態を検出する検出ステップと、
前記ブレーキペダルが操作されている場合に、前記車両が停車中であるか否かに基づいて、前記クリープトルクを抑制するか否かを判断する第1の判断ステップと、
前記ブレーキペダルが操作されていない場合に、前記制動装置の作動状態に基づいて、前記クリープトルクを抑制するか否かを判断する第2の判断ステップと、
前記第1の判断ステップおよび前記第2の判断ステップのいずれかにより前記クリープトルクを抑制すると判断された場合に、前記クリープトルクを抑制する抑制ステップとを含む、制御方法。 - 前記制動装置は、油圧式であり、
前記検出ステップは、前記制動装置における油圧を検出するステップを含み、
前記第2の判断ステップは、前記検出された油圧が予め定められたしきい値より大きい場合に、前記クリープトルクを抑制すると判断するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の制御方法。 - 前記動力源は、回転電機であり、
前記抑制ステップは、前記回転電機の出力を小さくするように前記回転電機を制御することにより前記クリープトルクを抑制するステップを含む、請求項6または7に記載の制御方法。 - 前記抑制ステップは、前記第2の判断ステップにより前記クリープトルクを抑制すると判断された場合に、前記検出された油圧が大きい場合は小さい場合に比べて前記回転電機の出力を小さくするように前記回転電機を制御することにより、前記クリープトルクを抑制するステップを含む、請求項8に記載の制御方法。
- 前記車両には、前記動力源に接続され、発進時に係合される係合要素を有する自動変速機が備えられ、
前記抑制ステップは、前記係合要素を解放するように前記自動変速機を制御することにより前記クリープトルクを抑制するステップを含む、請求項7に記載の制御方法。 - 請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載の制御方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
- 請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載の制御方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムをコンピュータ読み取り可能に記録した記録媒体。
