Claims (5)
- 動力源(E)および減速機(T)を直列に結合して成るパワーユニット(P)の慣性主軸(C)に沿う略両端部および車体フレーム(F)間に、前記パワーユニット(P)の静荷重を分担する動力源側マウント(16)および減速機側マウント(17)をそれぞれ介装し、前記車体フレーム(F)に取付けられるサブフレーム(SF)ならびに前記パワーユニット(P)の慣性主軸(C)から離れた部分間には、略水平なトルクロッド(67)を介装するようにして、前記パワーユニット(P)を車体フレーム(F)に搭載するためのパワーユニットの搭載組付け方法において、
前記トルクロッド(67)を介して前記パワーユニット(P)および前記サブフレーム(SF)を連結するとともに前記パワーユニット(P)の下部の少なくとも2箇所を搭載用マウント(71,81)を介してサブフレーム(SF)に支持することで前記パワーユニット(P)を車体フレーム(F)への搭載状態での姿勢と略同一姿勢として前記サブフレーム(SF)に組付ける第1の工程と、
第1の工程で前記パワーユニット(P)が搭載された状態にあるサブフレーム(SF)を車体フレーム(F)に取付ける第2の工程と、
前記動力源側マウント(16)および減速機側マウント(17)を介して前記パワーユニット(P)を前記車体フレーム(F)に支持する第3の工程とを順次実行し、
前記搭載用マウント(71,81)のうち少なくとも1つ(81)を、前記第3の工程終了後に前記サブフレーム(SF)および前記パワーユニット(P)間から取り外すことを特徴とする、パワーユニットの搭載組付け方法。 - 前記動力源側マウント(16)、前記減速機側マウント(17)および前記搭載用マウント(71,81)は、前記パワーユニット(P)に取り付けられる被支持側部材(28,42,73,83)と、前記車体フレーム(F)および前記サブフレーム(SF)にそれぞれ取付けられる支持側部材(26,49,78,84)と、相互に対応した被支持側部材(28,42,73,83)および支持側部材(26,49,78,84)間に介装されるマウントゴム(27,47,74,85)とをそれぞれ備え、前記搭載用マウント(71,81)が備えるマウントゴム(74,85)のゴム容量が、前記動力源側マウント(16)および前記減速機側マウント(17)が備えるマウントゴム(27,47)のゴム容量よりも小さく設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のパワーユニットの搭載組付け方法。
- 前記第3の工程終了後に前記サブフレーム(SF)および前記パワーユニット(P)間から取り外される搭載用マウント(81)は、前記パワーユニット(P)に挿脱可能に差し込まれる差し込みピン(83)と、前記サブフレーム(SF)に着脱可能に締結される支持側部材(84)と、差し込みピン(83)および支持側部材(84)間に介装されるマウントゴム(85)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のパワーユニットの搭載組付け方法。
- 前記支持側部材(84)が単一のボルト(90)およびナット(91)で前記サブフレーム(SF)に固着された取付け板(89)に締結され、前記ボルト(90)およびナット(91)の軸線からオフセットした位置で前記支持側部材(84)および前記取付け板(89)の一方には規制孔(94)が設けられ、前記支持部材(84)および前記取付け板(89)の他方には前記規制孔(94)に挿入されることで前記ボルト(90)の軸線まわりに前記支持側部材(84)が回転することを規制する回り止めピン(95)が設けられ、前記規制孔(94)は、前記規制孔(94)および前記回り止めピン(95)による回り止め方向と直交する方向に長い長孔に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のパワーユニットの搭載組付け方法。
- 動力源(E)および減速機(T)を直列に結合して成るパワーユニット(P)の慣性主軸(C)に沿う略両端部および車体フレーム(F)間に、前記パワーユニット(P)の静荷重を分担する動力源側マウント(16)および減速機側マウント(17)をそれぞれ介装し、前記車体フレーム(F)に取付けられるサブフレーム(SF)ならびに前記パワーユニット(P)の慣性主軸(C)から離れた部分間には、略水平なトルクロッド(67)を介装するようにして、前記パワーユニット(P)を車体フレーム(F)に搭載するためのパワーユニットの搭載組付け装置であって、
前記パワーユニット(P)とサブフレーム(SF)との間に介装され、前記パワーユニット(P)を車体フレーム(F)への搭載状態での姿勢と略同一姿勢として前記サブフレーム(SF)に支持する搭載用マウント(71,81)を備えるものにおいて、
前記動力源側マウント(16)および減速機側マウント(17)を介して前記パワーユニット(P)を前記車体フレーム(F)に支持した後に、前記搭載用マウント(71,81)を前記サブフレーム(SF)および前記パワーユニット(P)間から取り外す取外手段を備えることを特徴とする、パワーユニットの搭載組付け装置。
