Claims (7)
- エンジンの出力を第1モータジェネレータと駆動輪側の出力軸に分配する動力分配機構と、有段式変速機を介して該出力軸に出力する第2モータジェネレータとを備えたハイブリッド車両において、起動操作に応答して、前記有段式変速機に設けられた油圧式摩擦係合装置を係合させ、油圧スイッチにより検出された該油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合油圧に基づいて走行可能状態を設定する始動時制御手段を備えた制御装置であって、
前記エンジンにより回転駆動されて作動油を圧送する油圧ポンプと、
前記ハイブリッド車両がモータ走行領域であるか非モータ走行領域であるかを判定する走行領域判定手段とを含み、
前記始動時制御手段は、該走行領域判定手段により非モータ走行領域であると判定された場合は、前記エンジンの始動に伴って前記油圧式摩擦係合装置の元圧を前記油圧スイッチが作動しない非作動圧に設定し、該油圧スイッチが非作動とされた後であって該エンジンの完爆後に、該元圧を該油圧スイッチが作動する作動圧に設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記走行領域判定手段は、前記油圧式摩擦係合装置に供給される作動油の温度が予め設定された油温判定値を下回ることに基づいて前記非モータ走行を判定するものである請求項1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記油圧ポンプに並列接続されて作動油を圧送する電動油圧ポンプを含み、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記起動操作に応答して電動油圧ポンプを起動するとともに前記油圧式摩擦係合装置の元圧を作動圧に設定し、非モータ走行領域であるときは、前記油圧スイッチの作動に応答して前記電動油圧ポンプの作動を停止させ且つ前記エンジンを始動させるとともに前記油圧式摩擦係合装置の元圧を非作動圧に設定し、該非作動圧の設定から所定時間後に該油圧式摩擦係合装置の元圧を作動圧に設定した後、前記油圧スイッチの作動に基づいて前記走行可能状態を設定するものである請求項1または2のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記始動時制御手段は、前記電動油圧ポンプの作動と前記エンジンの作動とが重複するオーバラップ期間が形成されるように該電動油圧ポンプの作動を停止させ且つ該エンジンを始動させるものである請求項3のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記エンジンは、前記第1モータジェネレータにより始動されるものである請求項1乃至4のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記始動時制御手段は、前記エンジンの始動後から所定期間は、前記油圧式摩擦係合装置の元圧を前記油圧スイッチが作動しない非作動圧に設定するものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記所定期間は、前記油圧スイッチから油圧が十分に抜けるように予め設定された期間である請求項6のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
