Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド車両のハイブリッドシステムの起動の際は、エンジン8を始動させることで機械式オイルポンプ40を駆動させて作動油を所定の油圧まで昇圧させ、油圧制御回路70にその所定の油圧を供給するHVシステム始動手段86を備えるため、電気式オイルポンプ76による供給に先立って、機械式オイルポンプ40を駆動させて油圧制御回路70に所定の油圧を供給することができる。このように、電気式オイルポンプ76の立上げの遅れを機械式オイルポンプ40で補うことで、ハイブリッドシステムの起動時間を短縮することができる。

Claims (6)
- エンジンと、差動機構の回転要素に動力伝達可能に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記エンジンに連結された入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度の差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、該電気式差動部から駆動輪への動力伝達経路の一部を構成する油圧式自動変速部とを、備えたハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記油圧式自動変速部の油圧制御回路に油圧を供給するために、前記エンジンによって駆動される機械式オイルポンプおよび該機械式オイルポンプと独立して設けられた電気式オイルポンプと、
前記ハイブリッド車両のハイブリッドシステムの起動の際は、前記エンジンを始動させることで前記機械式オイルポンプを駆動させて作動油を所定の油圧まで昇圧させ、前記油圧制御回路に該所定の油圧を供給するHVシステム始動手段と
を、備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御回路。 - 前記所定の油圧は、前記油圧式自動変速部に入力される入力トルクに対して、該油圧式自動変速部が該入力トルクを伝達できるトルク容量を得ることができる予め設定された所定の元圧に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記エンジンの始動は、前記電動機を駆動させて該エンジンの回転速度を点火可能な回転速度まで引き上げることを特徴とする請求項1または2のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記HVシステム始動手段は、前記電気式オイルポンプが始動可能となり、該電気式オイルポンプによって所定の油圧に昇圧された作動油が前記油圧制御回路に供給されると、前記機械式オイルポンプを停止させ、前記油圧制御回路への供給を前記電気式オイルポンプに切り換えることを特徴とする請求項2または3のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電気式差動部は、前記電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより、無段変速機構として作動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかのハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記油圧式自動変速部は、有段式の自動変速機であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかのハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
