Claims (16)
- エンジンに連結された第1要素と第1電動機に連結された第2要素と伝達部材に連結された第3要素とを有して該エンジンの出力を該第1電動機および該伝達部材へ分配する差動機構を有し変速機の一部として機能する差動部と、該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられて有段の自動変速機として機能する変速部とを備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動部と前記変速部とのそれぞれの変速が重なるときは、該差動部および変速部を含む変速機構の変速前後における第1電動機回転速度の変化量が抑制されるように前記第1電動機を制御する電動機回転変化量抑制手段を含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記変速後における伝達部材回転速度の推定値およびエンジン回転速度の推定値に基づいて該変速後における第1電動機回転速度の予測値を算出する変速後電動機回転予測手段を更に備え、
前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記変速後電動機回転予測手段により算出された予測値に基づいて前記第1電動機を制御するものである請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記変速前後における第1電動機回転速度の変化量が最小となるように前記第1電動機を制御するものである請求項2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記変速後電動機回転予測手段により算出された予測値に基づく前記変速前後における第1電動機回転速度の増減方向と、前記エンジン回転速度の推定値に基づく前記変速前後におけるエンジン回転速度の増減方向とに基づいて、前記第1電動機回転速度を変化させる際の開始タイミングを変更するものである請求項2または3の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記第1電動機回転速度の増減方向と前記エンジン回転速度の増減方向とが同じ場合には、前記変速部の変速中におけるイナーシャ相開始よりも前から前記第1電動機回転速度を変化させるものである請求項4の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記第1電動機回転速度の増減方向と前記エンジン回転速度の増減方向とが異なる場合には、前記変速部の変速中におけるイナーシャ相開始後から前記第1電動機回転速度を変化させるものである請求項4または5の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記変速部の変速中におけるイナーシャ相開始後は前記伝達部材回転速度の変化に応じて前記第1電動機回転速度を変化させるものである請求項4乃至6のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記変速部の変速が終了するまで前記第1電動機回転速度を一定に保持するものである請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記変速部の変速中に前記差動部の変速が判断された場合には、該判断された時点における第1電動機回転速度に保持するものである請求項8の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記差動部と前記変速部との変速が前記変速機構の変速前後における前記第1電動機回転速度の増減方向と前記エンジンの回転速度の増減方向とが相互に異なる変速である場合には、前記第1電動機回転速度を一定に保持する制御を実行しないものである請求項8または9の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、変速比の変化方向が相互に同じ方向の第1変速および第2変速が連続して実行される連続変速が前記変速部で行われる場合は、該第1変速が終了するまで前記第1電動機回転速度を保持するものである請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記変速部の第1変速中に該第1変速と変速比の変化方向が同じ方向の第2変速が判断された場合は、該第1変速が終了するまで前記第1電動機回転速度を保持するものである請求項11に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記変速部において変速比の変化方向が相互に異なる方向の第1変速および第2変速が前記変速部で続いて実行される場合は、その第2変速の判断時から該第2変速を単一変速とみなして、単一変速時と同様に、変速前後の第1電動機回転速度の変化量が最小となるようにその第1電動機回転速度を制御するものである請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記連続変速の最終変速後すなわち前記第2変速後における前記伝達部材の回転速度の予測値と目標エンジン回転速度の予測値とに基づいて、変速前後の第1電動機回転速度の変化量が最小となるようにその第1電動機回転速度を制御するものである請求項11に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機回転変化量抑制手段は、前記変速部において変速比の変化方向が相互に同じ方向の第1変速および第2変速が連続的ではあるが1段ずつ単独で実行される場合は、前記伝達部材の回転速度の予測値と目標エンジン回転速度の予測値とに基づいて、変速前後の第1電動機回転速度の変化量が最小となるようにその第1電動機回転速度をそれぞれ制御するものである請求項11に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記差動部は、前記第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより無段変速機として作動するものである請求項1乃至15のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
