少していない場合には、上記駆動輪によって上記エンジンの回転抵抗に対応した適切な大きさの上記反力トルクを上記第3回転要素に与えることができる。しかし、前記自動変速部が変速中である場合など、前記差動部から前記駆動輪への動力伝達経路が遮断もしくは略遮断状態、すなわちその動力伝達経路の伝達容量が減少した場合には、上記反力トルクを前記第2電動機により発生させ、これと同時に上記第1電動機の駆動制御も行う必要があるため、前記自動変速部の入力軸回転速度に対応する上記第3回転要素の回転速度や上記エンジン回転速度を適切に制御することが困難な場合があった。なお、このようなことは先行文献では示唆されておらず新たに発見された課題である。

本発明は、以上の事情を背景として為されたものであり、その目的とするところは、差動機構の回転要素に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより、駆動源に連結された入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度との差動状態が制御される電気式差動部を備えた車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置において、車両の状態に応じて好適な方法で駆動源を始動させることができる車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置を提供することにある。

また、他の目的とするところは、エンジンから駆動輪への動力伝達経路に連結された、電動機の運転状態の制御により差動状態が制御される差動部を有する車両において、上記エンジンの回転速度をその始動のために引き上げる場合にその回転速度制御を容易にする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置を提供することにある。

前記駆動源に動力伝達可能に連結された駆動源駆動用電動機と、

前記電気式差動部と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部と

前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記変速部のギヤ比に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする。

前記駆動源に動力伝達可能に連結された駆動源駆動用電動機と、
前記駆動源の始動方法を車両の状態に応じて切替える駆動源始動制御手段と、
前記電気式差動部と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部と

前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記変速部の変速状態に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする。

また、請求項7にかかる発明の要旨とするところは、差動機構の回転要素に連結された第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより、駆動源に連結された入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度との差動状態が制御される電気式差動部を備えた車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、
前記駆動源に動力伝達可能に連結された駆動源駆動用電動機と、
前記駆動源の始動方法を車両の状態に応じて切替える駆動源始動制御手段と、
前記電気式差動部と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部と
を、含み、
前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記変速部の係合要素の係合状態に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする。

また、請求項8にかかる発明の要旨とするところは、請求項5、6、7、10または12の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置において、前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記第1電動機および第2電動機に電力を供給する蓄電装置の温度に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする。

前記駆動源に前記差動機構を介さないで直接的に動力伝達可能に連結された駆動源駆動用電動機と、
前記駆動源の始動方法を車両の状態に応じて切替える駆動源始動制御手段と

前記駆動源始動制御手段は、シフトレンジがニュートラルか否かに応じて前記駆動源駆動用電動機による駆動源始動に切替えることを特徴とする。

また、請求項11にかかる発明の要旨とするところは、請求項5、6、7、10または12の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置において、前記駆動源始動制御手段は、高圧系の電動機制御機器の機能低下に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする。

前記駆動源に動力伝達可能に連結された駆動源駆動用電動機と、
前記駆動源の始動方法を車両の状態に応じて切替える駆動源始動制御手段と

前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記駆動源の始動制御時の前記差動機構のギヤ比の変更に基づく前記第1電動機の回転速度の変化量に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする。

請求項13に係る発明は、差動機構の回転要素に連結された第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより、駆動源に連結された入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度との差動状態が制御される電気式差動部を備えた車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、
前記駆動源に動力伝達可能に連結された駆動源駆動用電動機と、
前記駆動源の始動方法を車両の状態に応じて切替える駆動源始動制御手段と
を、含み、
前記動力伝達装置は、前記電気式作動部から駆動輪への動力伝達経路の断続を可能とする動力断続手段を備え、
前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記電気式差動部から前記駆動輪への動力伝達経路の伝達容量が減少した場合には、前記駆動源駆動用電動機を用いて前記駆動源の始動を行うことを特徴とする。

請求項14に係る発明は、請求項13に係る発明において、(a)前記動力伝達装置が前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部を備え、(b)前記動力断続手段がその変速部の一部を構成するものである。

請求項15に係る発明は、請求項14に係る発明において、前記電気式差動部から前記駆動輪への動力伝達経路の伝達容量が減少した場合とは、前記変速部が変速中であることを特徴とする。

請求項16に係る発明は、請求項13乃至請求項15のいずれか1に係る発明において、前記電気式差動部は、前記第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより無段変速機として作動することを特徴とする。
Claims (28)
- 差動機構の回転要素に連結された第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより、駆動源に連結された入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度との差動状態が制御される電気式差動部を備えた車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、
前記駆動源に動力伝達可能に連結された駆動源駆動用電動機と、
前記駆動源の始動方法を車両の状態に応じて切替える駆動源始動制御手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記駆動輪に動力伝達可能に連結去れた第2電動機を備え、
前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記駆動源の始動方法を前記第1電動機および第2電動機による駆動源始動方法、または前記駆動源駆動用電動機による駆動源始動方法に選択的に切替えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記第1電動機の回転速度、トルク、またはパワーに応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記第2電動機の回転速度、トルク、またはパワーに応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記電気式差動部と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部を備え、
前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記変速部のギヤ比に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記電気式差動部と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部を備え、
前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記変速部の変速状態に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記電気式差動部と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部を備え、
前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記変速部の係合要素の係合状態に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記第1電動機および第2電動機に電力を供給する蓄電装置の温度に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記第1電動機および第2電動機に電力を供給する蓄電装置の出力電力に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動源始動制御手段は、シフトレンジに応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動源始動制御手段は、高圧系の電動機制御機器の機能低下に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記駆動源の始動制御時の第1電動機の回転速度の変化量に応じて前記駆動源の始動方法を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記動力伝達装置は、前記電気式作動部から駆動輪への動力伝達経路の断続を可能とする動力断続手段を備え、
前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記電気式差動部から前記駆動輪への動力伝達経路の伝達容量が減少した場合には、前記駆動源駆動用電動機を用いて前記駆動源の始動を行うことを特徴とする請求項1の動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記動力伝達装置は前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部を備え、
前記動力断続手段は、該変速部の一部を構成するものである請求項13に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記電気式差動部から前記駆動輪への動力伝達経路の伝達容量が減少した場合とは、前記変速部が変速中であることである請求項14に記載の動力伝達装置の車両用エンジン始動制御装置。
- 前記電気式差動部は、前記第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより無段変速機として作動することを特徴とする請求項13乃至請求項15のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記第3電動機は、前記駆動源が備えるクランク軸に作動的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項13乃至請求項16のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記第3電動機は、前記駆動源が備えるクランク軸に歯車を介して連結されていることを特徴とする請求項13乃至請求項17のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動源始動制御手段は、前記電気式差動部から前記駆動輪への動力伝達経路の伝達容量が減少していない場合には、前記第1電動機を用いて前記駆動源の始動を行うことを特徴とする請求項13乃至請求項18のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部の変速中には前記駆動源の回転速度が上昇させられることを特徴とする請求項14乃至請求項16のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部の変速の進行度合に基づき前記駆動源を始動するか否かが決定されることを特徴とする請求項14乃至請求項16のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部の変速終了と前記駆動源の始動時期とが重ならないように該エンジンが始動されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部の変速終了と前記駆動源の始動時期とが重なる場合には、該変速部の変速終了後に前記駆動源が始動されることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部の変速中に前記駆動源が始動されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記動力断続手段の係合終了と前記駆動源の始動時期とが重ならないように該駆動源が始動されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記動力断続手段の係合終了と前記駆動源の始動時期とが重なる場合には、該動力断続手段の係合終了後に前記駆動源が始動されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記動力伝達装置は、前記駆動源から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に連結された第2電動機を含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至請求項16のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記動力伝達装置は、前記電気式差動部に動力伝達可能に連結された第2電動機を含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至請求項16のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
