Claims (17)
- エンジンに動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転要素と第1電動機に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転要素と駆動輪への動力伝達経路に連結された第3回転要素とを含む差動機構を有し該第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより該差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、前記第3回転要素から前記駆動輪への動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部と、該動力伝達経路に連結された第2電動機とを備えた動力伝達装置を有するハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置であって、
前記エンジンからは出力させずに前記第2電動機を走行用の駆動力源として前記ハイブリッド車両を走行させる電動機走行時において前記変速部がダウンシフト中である場合には、前記エンジンを始動させるための指示であるエンジン始動指令の有無に拘らず、非駆動状態である前記エンジンの回転速度を上昇させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第1電動機によって前記エンジンの回転速度を上昇させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第2電動機は前記第3回転要素に動力伝達可能に連結されており、
前記電動機走行時において前記エンジンの回転速度を上昇させる場合には、該エンジンの回転抵抗に対する反力である反力トルクを該第2電動機に出力させる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第2電動機から出力される反力トルクは、前記変速部が非変速中である場合よりもダウンシフト中である場合の方が大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記差動機構の差動作用を制限できる差動制限装置を前記動力伝達装置は備え、
該差動制限装置に該差動機構の差動作用を制限させることによって前記エンジンの回転速度を上昇させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記電動機走行時において前記エンジンの回転速度を上昇させる場合には、該エンジンの回転抵抗に対する反力である反力トルクを前記第2電動機に出力させる
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第2電動機から出力される反力トルクは、前記変速部が非変速中である場合よりもダウンシフト中である場合の方が大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第1回転要素は前記差動機構を構成する遊星歯車装置のキャリヤであり、前記第2回転要素は該遊星歯車装置のサンギヤであり、前記第3回転要素は該遊星歯車装置のリングギヤである
ことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項5、請求項6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記変速部がダウンシフト中である場合には前記動力伝達装置の前記駆動輪への出力軸と前記電気式差動部との間の連結が遮断乃至は弱められる
ことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項5、請求項6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記変速部のダウンシフトの終了時期とエンジン始動時期とが重なる場合には、該変速部のダウンシフト終了後に前記エンジンを始動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記エンジン始動指令が出されたときの該エンジンの回転速度に応じて該エンジンの始動時期を前記変速部のダウンシフト終了前またはダウンシフト終了後に変更する
ことを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記変速部のダウンシフト終了と前記エンジンの始動時期とが重なる場合には、該エンジンの始動時期を前記ダウンシフト終了と重ならないように変更する
ことを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記電気式差動部は、前記第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより無段変速機として作動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記変速部は有段変速部である
ことを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記電動機走行時において前記変速部が非変速中である場合には、前記エンジン始動指令に先立って前記エンジンの回転速度を上昇させることをしない
ことを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記変速部のダウンシフト中に前記エンジンを始動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記変速部のダウンシフトの進行度合に基づき、前記エンジンの始動時期を該変速部のダウンシフト終了後に遅延させるか否かが決定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。
