Abstract
【解決手段】 押出成形装置1が、樹脂3,4を熱溶融させて押し出し可能とする押出機6,7と、この押出機6,7から押し出された樹脂3,4を前方に向かい通過させてチューブ2を成形可能とするチューブ成形通路9,10を有するダイ11とを備える。押出機6,7からチューブ成形通路9,10に向かう樹脂3,4の単位時間当りの流量を調整可能とする流量調整弁34,35を設ける。

Description
上記各流量調整弁34,35が、上記各流入通路21,22の中途部を上記ダイ11の外部にそれぞれ連通させる連通路43を開閉可能とし、
上記各流量調整弁34,35が、上記各連通路43の開度をそれぞれ調整可能とする開度調整弁44を備えたものである。
上記内層チューブ成形通路9の上記内押出口17を、その径方向で上記貫通孔24の前端を構成する前端開口26に近接配置したものである。
上記各流量調整弁が、上記各流入通路の中途部を上記ダイの外部にそれぞれ連通させる連通路を開閉可能とし、
上記各流量調整弁が、上記各連通路の開度をそれぞれ調整可能とする開度調整弁を備えている。
上記内層チューブ成形通路の上記内押出口を、その径方向で上記貫通孔の前端を構成する前端開口に近接配置してある。

Claims (3)
- 互いに異種の樹脂を熱溶融させてそれぞれ押し出す複数の押出機と、これら押出機のうちの一方の押出機から押し出された樹脂を前方に向かい通過させて内層チューブを成形可能とする内層チューブ成形通路、および他方の押出機から押し出された樹脂を前方に向かい通過させて上記内層チューブに一体的に外嵌される外層チューブを成形可能とする外層チューブ成形通路を備えてこれら内、外層チューブにより多層チューブを成形可能とするダイとを備え、上記押出機から押し出された樹脂を上記チューブ成形通路の後部に流入可能とさせる流入通路を上記ダイに形成し、上記各流入通路を流動する各樹脂の単位時間当りの各流量をそれぞれ調整可能とする流量調整弁を設けた樹脂製チューブの押出成形装置において、
上記各流量調整弁が、上記各流入通路の中途部を上記ダイの外部にそれぞれ連通させる連通路を開閉可能とし、
上記各流量調整弁が、上記各連通路の開度をそれぞれ調整可能とする開度調整弁を備えたことを特徴とする樹脂製チューブの押出成形装置。 - 上記内、外層チューブ成形通路の各前端をそれぞれ構成する内、外押出口を、その径方向で互いに近接配置すると共に、ダイの前端面で互いに個別に開口させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂製チューブの押出成形装置。
- 上記ダイを前後方向に貫通し、かつ、上記内層チューブ成形通路の内側を通る貫通孔を上記ダイに形成し、上記貫通孔を前方に向かって通過した芯材に上記チューブを外嵌させるようにした樹脂製チューブの押出成形装置において、
上記内層チューブ成形通路の上記内押出口を、その径方向で上記貫通孔の前端を構成する前端開口に近接配置したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の樹脂製チューブの押出成形装置。
