Claims (6)
- 複数の樹脂フィルムを層状に重ね、互いに滑動可能に周縁の一部を固着してなる樹脂フィルム層を有し、前記樹脂フィルム層を乳房に接触させて保持し、手指で複数の前記樹脂フィルムを介して前記乳房を押圧しながら前記手指を移動して、乳房組織の異変を触診するのに用いる乳房自己検診補助具であって、
前記樹脂フィルムは、一方の面の凹凸が小さく、他方の面の凹凸が前記一方の面の凹凸よりも大きく、それぞれの面の凹凸が一定方向に伸長する縞状の粗密分布を有して形成され、
前記樹脂フィルム層は、2枚の前記樹脂フィルムを1組として2組重ねて形成され、各組の2枚の前記樹脂フィルムは、それぞれ凹凸の小さい一方の面を互いに接して重ねられている乳房自己検診補助具。 - 請求項1に記載の乳房自己検診補助具において、
前記樹脂フィルムの他方の面の凹凸は、前記乳房の皮膚の肌理に応じた凹凸であることを特徴とする乳房自己検診補助具。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の乳房自己検診補助具において、
前記樹脂フィルム層は、前記手指の人差指と中指と薬指の少なくとも1本の指を挿入可能な手指挿入口と、前記手指挿入口から分離されて小指を挿入可能な小指挿入口とを残して縁部が固着されて袋体に形成されてなることを特徴とする乳房自己検診補助具。 - 請求項1に記載の乳房自己検診補助具に用いる樹脂フィルムの製造方法において、
第1の樹脂と該第1の樹脂よりも融点が高い第2の樹脂又は第1の樹脂と高融点の微粒子とを混合する第1工程と、
第1の工程で混合された混合物を溶融させる第2の工程と、
第2の工程で溶融された溶融物を仕切板により射出口から2つに分けて高圧空気とともに射出して冷却する第3工程と、
第3工程により射出される中空筒状の射出物を一対のロール間を通して空気層を挟んだ中空フィルムを形成する第4工程と、
第4工程により形成された前記中空フィルムから前記樹脂フィルムを得る第5工程を備えてなる樹脂フィルムの製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の樹脂フィルムの製造方法において、
前記第4工程は、前記第3工程により射出される中空筒状の射出物を筒体の射出方向に伸長すること含んでいることを特徴とする樹脂フィルムの製造方法。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の樹脂フィルムの製造方法において、
前記第1の樹脂はポリプロピレン、前記第2の樹脂はポリエチレンであり、前記第1の樹脂と前記第2の樹脂との混合比は、容積と重量から求められるそれぞれの混合物の比重の割合で、前者が60〜90%に対し後者が40〜10%であることを特徴とする樹脂フィルムの製造方法。
