Abstract
Description
パウダー原料(スケトウダラ50重量部、鶏肉10重量部、卵黄20重量部、カボチャ5重量部、バナナ4重量部、ホウレンソウ0.5重量部、及びブロッコリー0.5重量部)を除き実施例1と同一にペット用ラーメンを製造する。
粉砕原料が1cmの大きさに形成されたことを除き実施例1と同一にペット用ラーメンを製造する。
実施例1ないし3及び比較例1ないし2に対して官能評価を実施した。

Claims (12)
- 穀物原料、及び添加原料を含む麺、及び
パウダー原料、粉砕原料、及び付加原料を含むスープを含む、ペット用ラーメン。 - 前記穀物原料は、
全粒粉、小麦粉、もち麦、米澱粉、及びトウモロコシ澱粉のうち1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 前記穀物原料は、
全粒粉25ないし35重量部、小麦粉5ないし35重量部、もち麦15ないし25重量部、米澱粉10ないし15重量部、及びトウモロコシ澱粉2ないし6重量部含む、請求項2に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 前記添加原料は、
卵黄粉、ビタミンb2、酸度調整剤、及びオリゴ緑茶風味液のうち1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 前記麺は、
フェンネル、ダイコン、没薬、及びライフクシのうち1つ以上を含む栄養抽出液をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 前記スープは、
パウダー原料65ないし75重量部、粉砕原料25ないし35重量部、及び付加原料0.1ないし0.5重量部含む、請求項1に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 前記パウダー原料は、
乾燥させた粉末形態でスケトウダラ、鶏肉、卵黄、カボチャ、バナナ、ホウレンソウ、及びブロッコリーのうち1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 前記パウダー原料は、
スケトウダラ25ないし35重量部、鶏肉8ないし12重量部、卵黄15ないし25重量部、カボチャ2ないし8重量部、バナナ2ないし6重量部、ホウレンソウ0.3ないし0.7重量部、及びブロッコリー0.3ないし0.7重量部含む、請求項7に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 前記粉砕原料は、
リンゴ、ニンジン、及びキャベツのうち1つ以上を含み、
0.3ないし0.7cmの大きさに切って乾燥させた、請求項1に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 前記粉砕原料は、
機能性粉砕原料をさらに含み、
前記機能性粉砕原料は、
エンダイブ、パースニップ、トウガン、及びアイスプラントのうち1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 前記付加原料は、
カツオブシ香料、ココナッツオイル、及び乳酸菌のうち1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のペット用ラーメン。 - 穀物原料、及び添加原料を含む混合物を混練して混合物生地を製造する混練段階;
前記混合物生地を押出する製麺段階;
前記麺を蒸気を用いて調理した後成形する蒸熟及び成形段階;
成形された麺を揚げた後冷却して前記製麺を仕上げる麺仕上げ段階;及び
パウダー原料、粉砕原料、及び付加原料を混合してスープを製造するスープ製造段階;を含む、ペット用ラーメン製造方法。
