Description

減衰層が、ポリケトン、ポリアラミド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリフェニレンスルホン、ポリベンズイミダゾール、それらの誘導体、またはそれらの組み合わせを含むポリマーを含む、実施形態5に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。

環状バンドが複数の開口を含む、実施形態12に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
エラストマー材料がゴムを含む、実施形態9に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
金属がアルミニウム、鉄、銅、チタン、またはそれらの合金を含む、実施形態7に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
環状部材がステータまたはハウジングのいずれにも固定されていない、実施形態1〜17のいずれか1つに記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
環状部材が、ステータまたはハウジングの少なくとも一方に固定されている、実施形態1〜18のいずれか1つに記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
アセンブリが、環状部材をステータまたはハウジングの少なくとも一方に固定するように適合された接着剤をさらに含む、実施形態19に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
内側部材と、外側部材と、内側部材および外側部材の間に配置され、ねじり剛性ktor、および半径方向剛性kradを有し、ktor≦3kradである環状部材とを備える電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
環状部材が、環状部材の軸線方向長さに沿って延びる少なくとも1つの軸線方向間隙を含む、実施形態1に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
環状部材が複数の軸線方向間隙を含み、それにより環状部材を複数の環状部材セグメントに分ける、実施形態21に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。

- 電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリであって、
ステータと、
ハウジングと、
前記ステータと前記ハウジングとの間に嵌合した環状部材とを備え、前記環状部材は半径方向に圧縮されて、半径方向の力を外側に向けて前記ハウジングに加え、半径方向の力を内側に向けて前記ステータに加えて、それらの間の位置関係を維持する、
電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。 - 前記環状部材は、ねじり剛性ktorおよび半径方向剛性kradを有し、ktor≦3kradである、請求項1に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
- 前記環状部材が、基材層と、前記基材層を覆う減衰層とを備えている、請求項1に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
- 前記基材層が剛性材料を含む、請求項3に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
- 前記基材層が金属を含む、請求項3に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
- 前記減衰層が発泡材料を含む、請求項3に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
- 前記減衰層がエラストマー材料を含む、請求項3に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
- 前記環状部材が、前記エラストマー材料を覆う第2の基材層を含む、請求項7に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
- 前記減衰層が、ポリケトン、ポリアラミド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリフェニレンスルホン、ポリベンズイミダゾール、それらの誘導体、またはそれらの組み合わせを含むポリマーを含む、請求項7に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。

- 前記環状部材は、前記ステータまたは前記ハウジングのいずれにも固定されていない、請求項1に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
- 前記環状部材は、前記ステータまたは前記ハウジングのうちの少なくとも1つに固定されている、請求項1に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
- 前記電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリが、オルタネータアセンブリ、駆動モータアセンブリ、油/水/冷却剤ポンプアセンブリ、ステアリングモータアセンブリ、ハイブリッドモータアセンブリ、またはコンプレッサアセンブリを含む、請求項1に記載の電気モータまたは発電機アセンブリ。
