Claims (14)
- 黒鉛材料(GM)を丸み付けするための装置(1)であって、該装置(1)が、
・前記黒鉛材料(GM)を、前記装置(1)に供給するための供給手段(3)と、
・回転軸線(D)周りで回転方向(DR)に回転するディスク(7)の外周上に配置されると共に、循環回転するよう構成された複数の丸み付け工具(5)と、
・少なくとも1個のガイド手段(60)と、
・微細材料及び超微細材料(FM)を分離するための分離手段(10)と、
・製品出口(17)と、
を備え、カバーリング(18)が、前記丸み付け工具(5)上に配置されている装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置(1)であって、前記カバーリング(18)が、前記ディスク(7)の外周上に配置された前記丸み付け工具(5)の全てにわたって延在している装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置(1)であって、前記黒鉛材料(GM)が、前記少なくとも1個の丸み付け工具(5)に一回又は繰り返し能動接触した後に旋回作用を受け、前記黒鉛材料(GM)が、前記少なくとも1個のガイド手段(60)により、ほぼ垂直方向に方向転換可能であると共に、旋回作用をほぼ受けることなく前記分離手段(10)に送給可能である装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記各丸み付け工具(5)が、前記回転軸線(D)を指向する側の側面(50)を有し、該側面(50)が、前記回転軸線(D)方向に凸状に形成されているか又は半径(R)を有し、又は前記回転軸線(D)を指向する側の前記側面(50)が、複数の長方形によって形成されている装置。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記ガイド手段が、複数のガイド要素(15)及び1個のガイドリング(15)を含み、前記ガイド要素(25)の個数が、前記丸み付け工具(5)の個数よりも少ない装置。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)であって、該装置(1)が、上向きの空気流を生じさせる少なくとも1個の空気供給手段を備え、前記供給空気により、前記黒鉛材料(GM)を前記丸み付け工具(5)に対して繰り返し搬送可能であり、前記空気供給部が、微細材料及び超微細材料(FM)を、前記丸み付けられた黒鉛材料(GM)から分離するよう更に構成されている装置。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記分離手段が、分離ホイール(11)を有する空気分離機であり、前記分離ホイールが、前記丸み付け工具(5)を有する前記回転ディスク(7)の上方に同軸に配置されている装置。
- 請求項5〜7の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記ガイド要素(25)が、前記ガイドリング上に配置されたガイドプレートとして構成され、前記ガイドリング(15)が、前記丸み付け工具(5)を有する前記回転ディスク(7)の上方に静的に配置され、前記各ガイドプレートが、前記丸み付け工具(5)の上方において、前記回転ディスク(7)に対して垂直であると共に前記回転ディスク(7)の接線に対しても垂直な平面内に形成され、前記ガイドプレートが、前記垂直平面の下側領域にて、回転方向(DR)に向けて折り曲げられている装置。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)であって、該装置(1)が、制御手段(20)を更に備え、前記制御手段(20)により、前記供給手段(3)を介した黒鉛材料(GM)の供給が制御可能である装置。
- 請求項5〜9の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)であって、該装置(1)が、製品材料用に前記製品出口(17)に割り当てられた吸引手段(65)を更に備え、該吸引手段(65)の吸引位置が、前記ガイドリング(15)上に直接に設けられ、前記吸引手段(65)が、前記ガイドリング(15)に対して半径方向に延在している装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置(1)であって、前記吸引手段(65)が、可動シリンダ(66)を有するか又は可動シリンダ(66)が前記吸引手段(65)に割り当てられ、前記可動シリンダ(66)が、第1作動位置で前記製品出口(17)を閉鎖する装置。
- 黒鉛材料(GM)を丸み付けするための方法であって、
前記黒鉛材料(GM)を、循環回転するよう構成された複数の丸み付け工具(5)の少なくとも1個に能動接触させ、
カバーリング(18)を、前記丸み付け工具(5)の上方に配置し、
前記カバーリング(18)により、前記黒鉛材料(GM)を搬送する処理空気流用の移動空間を制限し、前記黒鉛材料(GM)と前記少なくとも1個の丸み付け工具(5)との間の接触回数を増加させる方法。 - 請求項12に記載の方法であって、該方法を、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)内で実施し、前記丸み付けられた黒鉛材料(GM)を、旋回を生じさせずに前記装置(1)における分離手段(10)に搬送する方法。
- 請求項12又は13に記載の方法であって、前記装置(1)の制御手段(20)が、スイッチオフ値に関する情報を含み、前記所定のスイッチオフ値に達したときに、更なる黒鉛材料(GM)の供給を終了し、前記所定のスイッチオフ値を、特に駆動部の消費電流に基づいて計算する方法。
