Claims (15)
- 血管から血栓を除去するための機械的な血栓除去装置であって、
遠位端および遠位端開口を有する細長い反転支持カテーテルと、
前記細長い反転支持カテーテル内に延びる細長いプラーと、
自由な第1の端部と、前記細長いプラーの遠位端領域に連結された第2の端部とを有する可撓性トラクタチューブであって、潰れた第1の構成において、前記細長い反転支持カテーテル上で反転されて、前記細長い反転支持カテーテル内に保持される可撓性トラクタチューブと、
前記可撓性トラクタチューブの自由な第1の端部の周りに少なくとも部分的に配置された環状バイアスとを備え、
前記可撓性トラクタチューブは、前記細長い反転支持カテーテルの遠位端開口から延出して、拡張した第2の構成に拡張するように構成されており、
前記環状バイアスは、前記細長い反転支持カテーテルの遠位端開口から延出して、前記潰れた第1の構成から前記拡張した第2の構成へと、前記可撓性トラクタチューブとともに拡張するように構成されており、前記可撓性トラクタチューブが前記拡張した第2の構成にあるときに、前記環状バイアスが、前記細長い反転支持カテーテルの外径よりも大きい直径を有することを特徴とする血栓除去装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記環状バイアスがリングを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記環状バイアスが、ジグザグなストラットパターンを有するステントを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記可撓性トラクタチューブが前記拡張した第2の構成にあるときに、前記環状バイアスが、前記細長い反転支持カテーテルの外径の1.1倍〜5倍の直径を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記環状バイアスが、予め設定された複数の潰れ位置を有し、その周囲で、前記環状バイアスが潰れ又は拡張するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記環状バイアスが、複数のローブを備え、前記複数のローブが、前記環状バイアス上にそれぞれの複数の潰れ位置を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記環状バイアスが、前記可撓性トラクタチューブの内側および外側のうちの1または複数に結合されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記環状バイアスが、前記可撓性トラクタチューブの長軸に沿う方向に向けられた複数のリードインアームを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
反転していない構成にある可撓性トラクタチューブが、前記細長い反転支持カテーテルの外径の1.1倍〜4倍に拡張するように付勢され、前記可撓性トラクタチューブが、反転した構成において、前記細長い反転支持カテーテルの内径の0.5倍よりも大きくなるようにさらに付勢されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記細長い反転支持カテーテルは、前記可撓性トラクタチューブが前記拡張した第2の構成にあるときに、前記環状バイアスを通って、前記可撓性トラクタチューブと前記細長いプラーの外壁との間に押し込まれるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記可撓性トラクタチューブが、織られた材料、編組み材料、メッシュ材料または編まれた材料を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記可撓性トラクタチューブが、200gの力未満の軸方向圧縮下で半径方向に潰れるように十分に柔軟であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記細長いプラーを通って延びるガイドワイヤルーメンをさらに備え、前記ガイドワイヤルーメンが、ガイドワイヤを通過させるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項11に記載の装置において、
前記可撓性トラクタチューブが編まれていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記可撓性トラクタチューブが、鋼、ポリエステル、ナイロン、発泡ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(ePTFE)、ニチノールおよび布のうちの1または複数を含むことを特徴とする装置。
