Claims (20)
- 体内腔から物質を除去するための装置において、当該装置が:
遠位端領域および遠位端開口を有する反転支持カテーテルと;
前記反転支持カテーテル内に延びる細長いプラーと;
前記反転支持カテーテルの外面上にある自由な第1の端部と、前記プラーに連結された第2の端部とを有する可撓性のトラクタチューブであって、前記プラーが前記反転支持カテーテルに対して近位に引っ張られたときに、前記トラクタチューブが、前記反転支持カテーテルの前記遠位端開口上で反転して、前記反転支持カテーテル内で反転した潰れた構成となるように構成された可撓性のトラクタチューブと;
前記トラクタチューブの自由な第1の端部の周りに少なくとも部分的に配置された環状バイアスと;を備え、
可撓性の前記トラクタチューブの自由な第1の端部が前記反転支持カテーテルの外面上にあるときに、前記環状バイアスの直径が、前記反転支持カテーテルの外径と等しいか、前記反転支持カテーテルの外径よりも大きく、
前記環状バイアスが、前記トラクタチューブの自由な第1の端部とともに、前記反転支持カテーテルの前記遠位端開口上で反転するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記環状バイアスがポリマー材料を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記環状バイアスがリングを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記環状バイアスが、ジグザグのストラットパターンを有するステントを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、可撓性の前記トラクタチューブの第1の端部が前記反転支持カテーテルの外面上にあるときに、前記環状バイアスの直径が、前記反転支持カテーテルの外径よりも1.1倍から5倍大きいことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記環状バイアスが、予め設定された複数の潰れ位置を有し、その周囲で、前記環状バイアスが潰れ又は拡張するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置において、予め設定された前記潰れ位置が、前記環状バイアス上に複数のローブを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記環状バイアスが、前記トラクタチューブの内側および外側のうちの1または複数に結合されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記環状バイアスが、前記トラクタチューブの長軸に沿う方向に向けられた複数のリードインアームを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、反転していない構成にある前記トラクタチューブが、前記反転支持カテーテルの外径の1.1倍~4倍に拡張するように付勢され、前記トラクタチューブの直径が、前記反転した潰れた構成において、前記反転支持カテーテルの内径の0.5倍よりも大きいことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記反転支持カテーテルが、前記環状バイアス内を通って前記トラクタチューブと前記プラーの外壁との間を前進し、前記トラクタチューブを前記反転支持カテーテル上に支持するように前記環状バイアスが構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記トラクタチューブが、織られた材料、編組み材料、メッシュ材料または編まれた材料を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記トラクタチューブが、200gの力未満の軸方向圧縮下で半径方向に潰れるように十分に柔軟であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置が、さらに、前記プラーを通って延びるガイドワイヤルーメンをさらに備え、前記ガイドワイヤルーメンが、ガイドワイヤを通過させるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、可撓性の前記トラクタチューブが、鋼、ポリエステル、ナイロン、発泡ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(ePTFE)、ニチノールおよび布のうちの1または複数を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記反転支持カテーテルの材料の硬度が、前記遠位端領域の長さに沿って遠位に向かって減少していることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記反転支持カテーテルの前記遠位端開口が、前記遠位端開口の直ぐ近位にある前記遠位端領域の材料硬度よりも高い材料硬度を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記反転支持カテーテルの前記遠位端開口が、丸みを帯びたリップ状の外形を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記プラーがハイポチューブを含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 血管から血栓を除去するための機械的な血栓除去装置において、当該装置が:
遠位端および遠位端開口を有する反転支持カテーテルと;
前記反転支持カテーテル内に延びる細長いプラーであって、中央ルーメンを有するプラーと;
自由な第1の端部と、前記細長いプラーに連結された第2の端部とを有する可撓性のトラクタチューブであって、
前記トラクタチューブが、織られた材料、編組み材料、メッシュ材料および/または編まれた材料を含み、前記反転支持カテーテルの遠位端開口上で反転して、反転した構成において前記トラクタチューブの第2の端部が、前記反転支持カテーテルの内部に位置するようになっており、
可撓性の前記トラクタチューブの第1の端部が、反転していない構成において、前記反転支持カテーテルの外径上にあり、
前記トラクタチューブの第2の端部の直径が、反転した構成において、前記反転支持カテーテルの内径の0.5倍よりも大きい、可撓性のトラクタチューブと;
前記トラクタチューブの自由な第1の端部の周りに少なくとも部分的に配置された環状バイアスであって、前記環状バイアスの直径が、前記反転支持カテーテルの外径と等しいか、前記反転支持カテーテルの外径よりも大きく、さらに、前記反転支持カテーテルの前記遠位端開口上で前記反転支持カテーテル内へと反転するように構成されている環状バイアスと;を備えることを特徴とする装置。
