Abstract
Description
a) 少なくとも1つのポリマー、カラーマスターバッチおよび発泡剤からの混合物を準備し、
b) 前記混合物を押出機において温度170℃〜230℃で溶融し、
c) 前記発泡剤が分解し、且つ揮発性成分が前記溶融物を発泡させ、
d) 前記溶融物を金型でプレスして基体をもたらし、
e) 前記基体を安定化させ、且つ
f) 前記基体を冷却する、
前記製造方法によって解決される。
非発泡のスペーサーの製造方法
以下:
35質量%のガラス繊維を有する98.5質量%のスチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)(A. Schulmann)、および
1.5質量%のカラーマスターバッチSicoversal(登録商標)黒(BASF)
からの混合物を、顆粒として押出機内にもたらし、且つ押出機内で、温度218℃で溶融した。メルトポンプを用いて、前記の溶融物を金型によって中空形材(スペーサー)に成形した。約170℃の温度を有するまだ柔らかい中空形材を、真空キャリブレーション器具内で安定化させた。それによって、前記中空形材の形状が確定した。その後、前記中空形材を冷浴に通し、最終的に室温を有した。
発泡スペーサーの製造方法
以下:
35質量%のガラス繊維を有する97.7質量%のスチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)(A. Schulmann)、
1.5質量%のカラーマスターバッチSicoversal(登録商標)黒(BASF)、および
0.8質量%の発泡剤Polybatch 8850 E (A. Schulmann)
からの混合物を、顆粒として押出機内にもたらし、且つ押出機内で、温度218℃で溶融した。その際、発泡剤が分解してCO2の放出が起きた。メルトポンプを用いて、前記の溶融物を金型によって中空形材(スペーサー)に成形した。約170℃の温度を有するまだ柔らかい中空形材を、真空キャリブレーション器具内で安定化させた。それによって、中空形材の形状が確定した。その後、前記中空形材を冷浴に通し、最終的に室温を有した。

Claims (15)
- 断熱ガラス用スペーサーであって、内壁(3)および外壁(4)によって互いに結合されている、2つの互いに平行な側壁(1、2)を少なくとも含むポリマー基体(I)を少なくとも含み、前記側壁(1、2)、前記内壁(3)および前記外壁(4)が中空室(5)を取り囲み、前記基体(I)が、
・ 0質量%〜40質量%のガラス繊維含分を有し、且つ、
・ 中空空間により10質量%〜20質量%の質量減少を有し、且つ、
・ 前記中空空間は、少なくとも1つの発泡剤の添加によって得られ、且つ、
・ 添加される発泡剤の量は0.5質量%〜1.5質量%である、
前記スペーサー。 - 質量の減少が11質量%〜14質量%である、請求項1に記載のスペーサー。
- 添加される発泡剤の量が、0.7質量%〜1.0質量%である、請求項1または2に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記基体(I)が1.0質量%〜4.0質量%のカラーマスターバッチを含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記基体(I)が1.3質量%〜2.0質量%のカラーマスターバッチを含有する、請求項4に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記基体(I)が、1800N〜2500Nの力がかかるまで破壊耐性がある、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記基体(I)が、少なくともポリエチレン(PE)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリスチレン、ポリブタジエン、ポリニトリル、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、好ましくはポリプロピレン(PP)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)、アクリルエステル−スチレン−アクリロニトリル(ASA)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン−ポリカーボネート(ABS/PC)、スチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート−ポリカーボネート(PET/PC)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート−ポリカーボネート(PBT/PC)、またはそれらのコポリマーまたは誘導体または混合物を含有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記基体(I)が少なくとも、スチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)またはポリプロピレン(PP)、またはそれらのコポリマーまたは誘導体または混合物を含有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のスペーサー。
- 各々の側壁(1、2)に強化ストリップ(6、6’)が埋め込まれており、前記強化ストリップ(6、6’)が少なくとも1つの金属または金属合金、好ましくは鋼を含有し且つ0.05mm〜1mmの厚さおよび1mm〜5mmの幅を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のスペーサー。
- 少なくとも外壁(4)上に遮断フィルム(8)を有し、前記フィルム(8)はポリマーキャリアフィルムと少なくとも1つの金属またはセラミック層を含有し、前記遮断フィルム(8)のポリマーキャリアフィルムの厚さは10μm〜100μmであり、前記遮断フィルム(8)の金属またはセラミック層の厚さは10nm〜1500nmであり、前記遮断フィルム(8)は厚さ5μm〜100μmを有する少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー層を含有し、且つ前記遮断フィルム(8)の金属またはセラミック層は、少なくとも鉄、アルミニウム、銀、銅、金、クロム、酸化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素またはそれらの合金または混合物または酸化物を含有し、且つ前記遮断フィルム(8)のポリマーキャリアフィルムは、少なくともポリエチレンテレフタレート、エチレンビニルアルコール、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、シリコーン、アクリロニトリル、ポリメチルアクリレート、またはコポリマーまたは混合物を含有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のスペーサー。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱ガラス用スペーサーの製造方法であって、
a) 少なくとも1つのポリマー、カラーマスターバッチおよび発泡剤からの混合物を準備し、
b) 前記混合物を押出機内で温度170℃〜230℃で溶融し、
c) 前記発泡剤が分解し、且つガスが前記溶融物を発泡させ、
d) 前記溶融物を金型でプレスして基体(I)をもたらし、
e) 前記基体(I)を安定化させ、且つ
f) 前記基体(I)を冷却する、
前記製造方法。 - 30.0質量%〜40.0質量%のガラス繊維を有する95.0質量%〜99.0質量%のポリマー、1.0質量%〜4.0質量%のカラーマスターバッチ、および0.5質量%〜1.5質量%の発泡剤を少なくとも含有する顆粒混合物を準備する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物を押出機内で温度215℃〜220℃で溶融する、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融物がCO2で発泡される、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のスペーサーの、多層ガラスにおける、好ましくは断熱ガラスにおける、殊に建物の窓ガラスまたはファサードガラスにおける使用。
