Abstract

本发明涉及一种节能窗,具体涉及一种节能窗的干燥系统。
发明背景
窗子或者玻璃区域是热带或者寒带建筑物隔热设计中一个很大的薄弱环节。众所周知的基本隔热窗由装在刚性窗框中的两层玻璃板构成。在玻璃板之间的空气间隙形成热隔离,将空气间隙中的空气抽出或者用比空气热传导率低的气体例如氩气充满该空气间隙是众所周知的。增强这种窗子隔热性的另一种方法是在外部窗玻璃之间形成透明的隔离件,以降低窗单元中热对流传输,这可以增加窗单元中的空气量,如果该空气不通风,则可能出现由该空气量有关压力引起的问题。如果该空气体积是通风的,则必须配置使进入该窗单元中空气干燥的部件。
其他技术包括选择性配置反射涂层或者低辐射涂层,以降低穿过窗子的辐射热传导。现也已经显著改进了窗框,不管是在窗玻璃的结合上,还是窗框的设计和材料上。在绝热窗单元中的窗玻璃层必须用间隔件保持分开适当的距离。因为铝具有极好的结构特性,所以窗子制造商已采用铝作间隔件。不幸的是,铝是一种极好的导热体,而且最标准棱边系统中用的铝间隔件在绝热玻璃窗单元的边缘部分形成一种显著的热“短路”,这样便降低了改进玻璃窗的效果。除增加热损耗而外,较冷的边缘还更容易凝结水汽。
在美国专利No.4563843(转让给Sulzer Bros有限公司)中,说明一种隔热窗,该窗包括外窗玻璃板和在空气间隙中的透明封隔件,以降低空气的对流。该窗框包括两个相对的金属框部件,这些部件在结构上结合在一起,由非金属的连接腹板分开,从而避免在内外窗框部件之间形成热桥。热塑性部件用作窗玻璃板之间的间隔件,并用来固定透明的封隔件。其他的连接腹板形成窗框部件的干燥室,该室中充满干燥剂。在窗框的外面用热熔化的丁基橡胶和薄金属箔密封。这些橡胶或者金属箔具有低的热导率,形成有效的水蒸汽阻挡层。使空气间隙通气是必须的,因为在这些窗子中存在大量空气。如果不通风,由于太阳辐射产生的温度变化,该内窗的压力将升到不能接受的程度,在极端的情况下,足以使玻璃破裂。因为在空气间隙中的水蒸汽可能会凝结,这样便损害了窗单元的透明性,所以进入到该空气间隙的空气必须进行干燥。
在Sulzer专利中形成的干燥室由腹板和窗框部件形成,并密封在该窗单元中。因此该干燥剂永久地装该窗单元中,如果不破坏性地拆开该窗子,便不能替换干燥剂。
因此,在这种技术中,需要一种节能窗单元,该单元包括间隔结构和能够减轻先有技术缺点的干燥系统。
发明概要
本发明目的在于提供一种具有先进干燥系统的节能窗。因此在一方面,本发明包括一种隔热窗,该窗包括:
(a)内部玻璃板和外部玻璃板,在它们之间形成空气间隙;
(b)配置在内部和外部玻璃板之间的间隔件,该间隔件使窗玻璃保持间隔开的关系,该间隔件是空心的,并形成开孔,使得在空气间隙和该间隔件内部体积之间的气体连通;
(c)装在间隔部件中的干燥剂;
(d)围绕窗子四周的窗框,该窗框包括:
(i)至少一种干燥剂隐藏件,该隐藏件是空心,可以从窗框上拆卸下来;
(ii)可替换的干燥剂筒,该筒可以取出地配置在该干燥剂隐藏件中;
(iii)导管,用于在间隔部件的内部体积和干燥剂筒之间形成气体连通;使得通过进入间隔部件的内部体积内的空气首先通过干燥剂筒。
该导管装置可以在间隔件的内部体积和干燥剂筒之间形成气体流通,最好是一根管子。该干燥剂筒最好包括细长的圆管,该圆管嵌入到干燥剂隐藏件中,该圆管最好是细长的,具有大体为U形的横截面轮廓。
在一个实施例中,该窗框包括外部槽形部件、内部槽形部件、配置在该外部和内部槽形部件之间的腹板部件,干燥剂隐藏件可取下地连接于该内部槽形部件。

发明的详细说明
本发明提供一种节能的隔热的窗子设计。在说明本发明时,本文中没有定义的所有术语具有其普通技术认可的意义。图1示出窗单元的内部状态,该窗单元包括两层窗玻璃10、12和窗框14。
图2和3示出窗玻璃板10、12的横截面,该窗玻璃板由间隔件16分开一定距离,并用窗框14固定在一起。图2的横截平面垂直于图3的横截平面。虽然为了参考的目的,图2示作为垂直横截面,而图3是水平横截面,但是这些取向不是重要的,可以相反。
该窗框包括外部槽形部件18、内部槽形部件20和连接该内部和外部槽形部件的双层中间腹板部件22。该内部槽形部件包括安装法兰24,该法兰向外伸出,在安装到墙壁框中时,紧靠在窗的侧壁(未示出)上。可取下的干燥剂隐藏部件26固定在内部槽形部件20上,与安装法兰24相对,该安装法兰只用于固定玻璃窗单元,不起任何其他任何的结构。该干燥剂隐藏部件26是管形的,形成一个细长的沟槽28。该沟槽的一个边缘形成第一唇部30。而沟槽的另一边缘形成第二唇部32。这两个唇部30、32与形成在内部槽形部件20上的相应凹槽31、33相配合。
用弹性密封件34、38定位和固定窗玻璃板,该密封件34装在外部槽形部件18上,而密封件36固定在内部槽形部件20上。空气密封件38装在干燥剂隐藏部件26上。该密封件最好采用热导率低的不透水汽的材料例如聚氯丁橡胶、epdm或者硅橡胶制造。
在优选实施例中,采用双干燥系统。间隔件是空心的长方形部件,充满适当的干燥剂40。该间隔件具有孔,这些孔使得空气可以在玻璃板10、12之间的空气间隙和包含干燥剂的间隔件内部体积之间循环。另外,小导管42使间隔件的内部空间与干燥剂隐藏部件26中的一个密封的管44连通,该隐藏部件中充满干燥剂40。该密封的管44具有接收导管42的盖子46,由此可以在间隔件的内部体积和干燥剂管44之间形成气体流通。
可以清楚看出,使唇部30、32与内部槽形部件20脱开,便可以从窗框14上取下干燥剂隐藏部件26,由此可以露出干燥剂管44,如果需要,可以用新的干燥剂管替换。在另一实施例中,干燥剂管中的干燥剂不同于间隔件中干燥剂,前者比间隔件中的干燥剂具有更高的亲水性。技术人员可以明显看出,进入到空气间隙中的空气一定穿过可替换的干燥剂管,由此可以在窗玻璃中保持干燥的气。
干燥剂管44可以配置在位于任何取向的一个、两个、三个或者所有四个干燥剂隐藏部件26中。
构成窗框14的外部、中间和内部槽形部件可以用热传导率低的热塑性材料例如聚氯乙烯或者聚酰胺制作。或者,内部和外部槽形部件可以是金属部件例如铝部件,而中间部件是非金属的,从而可以避免在两个部件之间形成热桥。该干燥剂隐藏部件可以是任何合适的材料例如金属或者塑料,只要它是弹性的,有助于其安装和从内部槽形部件上取下来。
技术人员可以明显看出,可以对上述特别的实施例进行适当的改型、修正和改变,而不超出本发明要求的保护范围。可以以不同于上述联合方式或者本文权项的联用方式,联用上述发明的各种特征和部件,而不超出本发明的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种隔热窗,包括:
(a)内部玻璃板和外部玻璃板,在它们之间形成空气间隙;
(b)配置在该内部和外部玻璃板之间的间隔部件,该间隔部件使窗玻璃板保持间隔开的关系,该间隔部件是空心的,并形成开孔,使得在空气间隙和该间隔部件内部体积之间的气体连通;
(c)装在间隔部件中的干燥剂;
(d)围绕窗子四周的窗框,该窗框包括:
(i)至少一个干燥剂隐藏部件,该隐藏部件是空心的,可以从窗框上取下来;
(ii)可替换的干燥剂筒,该筒可以取出地配置在该干燥剂隐藏部件中;
(iii)导管,用于在间隔部件的内部体积和干燥剂筒之间形成气体连通;使得通过进入间隔部件的内部体积内的空气首先通过干燥剂筒。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔热窗,其特征在于,干燥剂隐藏部件和干燥剂筒邻近内部玻璃板定位,使得内部玻璃板处在间隔部件和干燥剂隐藏部件及干燥剂筒之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的隔热窗,其特征在于,该干燥剂筒包括细长的圆管。
4.如权利要求1所述的隔热窗,其特征在于,该干燥剂隐藏部件是细长的,具有大体U形的横截面轮廓。
5.如权利要求4所述的隔热窗,其特征在于,该横截面轮廓包括两个以大体直角相交的直线部分。
6.如权利要求1所述的隔热窗,其特征在于,该窗框包括外部槽形部件、内部槽形部件、配置在该外部和内部槽形部件之间的连接腹板部件;该干燥剂隐藏部件可取下地连接于内部槽形部件。
7.如权利要求6所述的隔热窗,其特征在于,该干燥剂隐藏部件由弹性材料构成,包括第一唇部和第二唇部,这些唇部分别卡在内部槽形部件的凹槽中。
8.如权利要求1所述的隔热窗,其特征在于,第二干燥剂材料包含在干燥剂筒内并且具有比第一干燥剂材料更高的亲水性。
