Abstract
Description
<粘着剤層の製造>
エチルアセテートの中で2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2−EHA)、反応性ポリオルガノシロキサンとしてX−22−2426(新越化学)及び2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(2−HEA)を89:1:10(2−EHA:X−22−2426:2−HEA)の重量割合で共重合してアクリル系共重合体の溶液を得た。
前記粘着剤組成物をA4300 PET(Toyobo社製)(厚さ:100μm)の一面にコーティングして乾燥した後、塗膜の厚さが20μmである透明な粘着剤層を形成した。乾燥直後、離型フィルムを覆って40℃で4日間熟成させる。
ITOフィルムとしてL2CC5((株)LG化学)の一面に前記製造した保護フィルムを付着した。前記保護フィルムの粘着剤層がITOフィルムのハードコート層と接するようにラミネートした。
ポリオルガノシロキサンとしてX−22−2426(新越化学)の代わりに、X−22−174DX(新越化学)を使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一な方式で保護フィルム及び導電性積層体を製造した。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、ポリオルガノシロキサンとしてX−22−2426(新越化学)及び2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートを94:1:5(2−EHA:X−22−2426:2−HEA)の重量割合で使用して共重合体を製造し、イソシアネート系架橋剤であるHMDI/IPDI(=8/2重量割合(NCO%:16wt%))を共重合体100重量部に対して、3.8重量部で使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一な方式で保護フィルム及び導電性積層体を製造した。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、ポリオルガノシロキサンとしてX−22−2426(新越化学)及び2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートを94.5:0.5:5(2−EHA:X−22−2426:2−HEA)の重量割合で使用して共重合体を製造し、イソシアネート系架橋剤であるHMDI/IPDI(=8/2重量割合(NCO%:16wt%))を共重合体100重量部に対して、3.8重量部で使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一な方式で保護フィルム及び導電性積層体を製造した。
ポリオルガノシロキサンの添加なしに、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート及び2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートを85:15(2−EHA:2−HEA)の重量割合で使用して共重合体を製造し、イソシアネート系架橋剤であるHMDI/IPDI(=8/2重量割合(NCO%:16wt%))を共重合体100重量部に対して、11.7重量部で使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一な方式で保護フィルム及び導電性積層体を製造した。
ポリオルガノシロキサンの添加なしに、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート及び2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートを95:5(2−EHA:2−HEA)の重量割合で使用して共重合体を製造し、イソシアネート系架橋剤であるHMDI/IPDI(=8/2重量割合(NCO%:16wt%))を共重合体100重量部に対して、3.8重量部で使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一な方式で保護フィルム及び導電性積層体を製造した。
樹脂では、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート及び2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートを90:10(2−EHA:2−HEA)の重量割合で使用して共重合体を製造し、ポリオルガノシロキサンとして重合性官能基がないBYK−377を共重合体100重量部に対して0.1重量部で添加し、イソシアネート系架橋剤であるHMDI/IPDI(=8/2重量割合(NCO%:16wt%))を共重合体100重量部に対して、7.5重量部で使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一な方式で保護フィルム及び導電性積層体を製造した。
実施例及び比較例で熟成(硬化)が完了された保護フィルムの粘着剤層をITOフィルムのハードコート面に付着した後、150℃で1時間の間熱処理を実行し、高速剥離機(CBT−4720、忠北テック)を使用して、常温で20m/minの剥離速度、180゜剥離角度で剥離力(幅:1inch)を測定する。
実施例及び比較例で製造された粘着剤組成物に対して、回転型粘度計(LVDV−II pro、ブルックフィールド社製)を使用して、スピンドル#63及び温度25℃の条件で、50rpmの速度で粘度を測定した。前記組成物で共重合体と架橋剤が混合された直後の粘度を初期粘度で仮定し、初期粘度に比べて2倍以上の粘度に増加するまでかかる時間変化を測定して可使時間で定義した。
実施例及び比較例により製造された導電性積層体から保護フィルムを剥離した後、前記導電性積層体に対してヘイズメートル(HM−150)でヘイズを測定した。
Claims (20)
- ポリオルガノシロキサンを重合単位で有する粘着性ベース樹脂を含む粘着剤層を含むことを特徴とする保護フィルム。
- ポリオルガノシロキサンは、重量平均分子量が300〜100,000であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護フィルム。
- 重合性官能基は、アルケニル基、エポキシ基、シアノ基、カルボキシル基、アクリロイル器、メタクリロイル基、アクリロイルオキシ基またはメタクリロイルオキシ基を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の保護フィルム。
- 粘着性ベース樹脂は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体を重合単位でさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護フィルム。
- 粘着性ベース樹脂は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体80〜99.8重量部及びポリオルガノシロキサン0.1〜10重量部から由来された重合単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の保護フィルム。
- 粘着性ベース樹脂は、架橋性官能基を有する共重合性単量体から由来された重合単位をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の保護フィルム。
- 架橋性官能基を有する共重合性単量体は、ヒドロキシ基含有共単量体、カルボキシル基含有共単量体及び窒素含有共単量体からなる群より選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の保護フィルム。
- 架橋性官能基を有する共重合性単量体は、粘着性ベース樹脂100重量部に対して、0.01重量部〜14重量部で含まれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の保護フィルム。
- 粘着剤層は、粘着性ベース樹脂を架橋させている多官能性架橋剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護フィルム。
- 多官能性架橋剤は、イソシアネート系化合物、エポキシ系化合物、アジリジン系化合物及び金属キレート系化合物からなる群より選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の保護フィルム。
- 多官能性架橋剤は、脂肪族線型多価NCO及び脂肪族環型多価NCOの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の保護フィルム。
- 多官能性架橋剤は、粘着性ベース樹脂100重量部に対して、0.01重量部〜20重量部で粘着剤層に含まれることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の保護フィルム。
- 粘着剤層は、硬化遅延剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護フィルム。
- 硬化遅延剤は、アセト酢酸メチル、アセト酢酸エチル、アセト酢酸オクチル、アセト酢酸オレイル、アセト酢酸ラウリル、アセト酢酸ステアリル、アセチルアセトン、2,4−ヘキサンジオン、ベンゾイルアセトンからなる群より選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の保護フィルム。
- 基材層をさらに含み、粘着剤層は、前記基材層の一面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護フィルム。
- 基材層は、ポリエステル系高分子、ポリオレフィン系高分子、ノルボルネン系高分子、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアリレートなどの単一成分の高分子、共重合高分子またはエポキシ系高分子を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の保護フィルム。
- 粘着性ベース樹脂は、前記樹脂が架橋剤と混合された直後から前記混合直後の粘度対比2倍以上の粘度に上昇するまでかかる時間が5時間以上になる樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護フィルム。
- 少なくとも一層の導電性層を有する導電性フィルム及び前記導電性フィルムの一面に付着されている請求項1に記載の保護フィルムを含むことを特徴とする導電性積層体。
- 少なくとも一つの偏光子及び前記偏光子の一面に付着されている請求項1に記載の保護フィルムを含むことを特徴とする偏光板。
