Description
前記第1硬化剤の鎖長が第2硬化剤の鎖長より長くてもよい。
前記アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対し、約0.5重量部〜約2重量部の添加剤をさらに含んでもよい。
前記硬化物のゲル含量は約60%〜約90%であってもよい。
前記粘着フィルムは、高温高湿の雰囲気下に長期間放置しても気泡が発生せず、薄い厚さでも優れた接着力を発揮することができる。
本発明の一実施態様において、アクリル系樹脂、1個〜3個の官能基を有する第1硬化剤、及び4個〜6個の官能基を有する第2硬化剤を含むタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物を提供する。
本発明の他の実施態様において、前記タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物の硬化物である粘着剤層を含む粘着フィルムを提供することができる。

本発明のまた他の実施態様において、一面に導電層が形成された導電性プラスチックフィルム、及び前記導電層に貼り付けられ、前記タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含む粘着剤層を含むタッチパネルを提供する。
実施例1
2−EHA(エチルヘキシルアクリレート)60重量部、IBOA(イソボルニルアクリレート)22重量部、及びHEA(ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート)18重量部の含量比で重合して分子量が100万のアクリル系樹脂を形成した。
前記形成されたアクリル系樹脂100重量部に対し、官能基が3個のHDI硬化剤0.5重量部、官能基が6個のHDI硬化剤0.3重量部を混合して粘着剤組成物を製造した。
前記粘着剤組成物に溶剤としてトルエンを混合してコーティング液を準備し、前記コーティング液が離型処理されたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ:75μm)に熱硬化後の粘着剤層の厚さが50μmになるようにバーコーターを用いてコーティングした。その後、マチスオーブンに入れて100℃で5分間熱処理をさせることによって粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記形成されたアクリル系樹脂100重量部に対し、官能基が2個のHDI硬化剤0.5重量部、官能基が5個のHDI硬化剤0.3重量部を混合して粘着剤組成物を製造し、粘着剤層の厚さが30μmになるようにコーティングしたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記形成されたアクリル系樹脂100重量部に対し、官能基が3個のHDI硬化剤0.5重量部、官能基が6個のHDI硬化剤0.3重量部を混合して粘着剤組成物を製造し、粘着剤層の厚さが15μmになるようにコーティングしたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記形成されたアクリル系樹脂に、官能基が3個以下のHDI硬化剤は混合せず、官能基が6個のHDI硬化剤を混合して粘着剤組成物を製造したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記形成されたアクリル系樹脂100重量部に対し、官能基が3個のHDI硬化剤、官能基が8個のHDI硬化剤を混合して粘着剤組成物を製造したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により粘着フィルムを製造した。
1)白濁現象及び気泡発生現象の測定:85℃、85%RHの条件でガラスに貼り付けられた前記粘着フィルムを200時間保管して白い斑点が観察されるか否か、気泡が発生するか否かを観察した。
2)接着力の測定:前記粘着フィルムを25mm×40mm(横×縦)に製作して、前記粘着フィルムをガラス上に2kgローラで1往復して貼り付け、前記貼り付けられた粘着フィルム面に対して180°方向に300mm/分で引っ張って剥離させる時の接着力を測定した。
3)色指数及びヘイズ:Minolta CM−5により前記粘着フィルムの色指数を、BYK Gard Plusにより前記粘着フィルムのヘイズを測定した。
4)ゲル含量の計算:下記一般式1によりゲル含量を計算した。

前記一般式1において、前記W1は、ゲル含量を測定しようとする硬化物を一定大きさに切って得た試片を溶剤に浸す前の重量である初期重量を意味し、前記W2は、前記試片を溶剤に浸して一定時間放置し、その次、濾過装置を用いて濾過した後に一定温度及び一定時間の条件下で乾燥させて得た試片の重量である後期重量を意味する。

Claims (14)
- アクリル系樹脂、
1個〜3個のイソシアネート基を有する、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート誘導体である第1硬化剤、及び
4個〜6個のイソシアネート基を有する、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート誘導体である第2硬化剤を含み、前記第1硬化剤と前記第2硬化剤の2種類の硬化剤組成物を含む、タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。 - 前記アクリル系樹脂100重量部において、第1硬化剤及び第2硬化剤を0.01重量部〜1重量部を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記第1硬化剤の鎖長が第2硬化剤の鎖長より長い、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリル系樹脂は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体、及び親水性官能基含有単量体が重合して形成される、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体100重量部に対し、親水性官能基含有単量体が5重量部〜30重量部の含量で重合される、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記親水性官能基含有単量体は、水酸基含有単量体、アミノ基含有単量体、カルボキシル基含有単量体、スルホン基含有単量体、モルホリン基含有単量体、グリシジル基含有単量体及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された一つである、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体はアルキル(メタ)アクリレートであり、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートのアルキルは線状もしくは分岐状のC1〜C14アルキルである、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリル系樹脂の重量平均分子量は50万〜200万である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対し、0.5重量部〜2重量部の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物の硬化物である粘着剤層を含む粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層の厚さは10μm〜50μmである、請求項10に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記硬化物のゲル含量は60%〜90%である、請求項10に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 一面に導電層が形成された導電性プラスチックフィルム、及び
前記導電層に貼り付けられ、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含む粘着剤層を含むタッチパネル。 - 前記導電性プラスチックフィルムは、導電性金属酸化物層が一面に形成されたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムである、請求項13に記載のタッチパネル。
